I had an issue with vrbo’s site, but the property owner was phenomenal.

I had an issue with vrbo. It seems to be that they had a bug in their system and the owner of the property did not get a confirmation email from vrbo for my stay. I called vrbo support, they resolved the issue for me and contacted the owner. The owner of the property was very kind, generous and friendly. I would definitely rent this place again. (To clarify, the owner was not the issue. It was vrbo’s programming that was the problem. The owner was nothing but generous and did everything he could to resolve the mix up) love this place! Owners are very hospitable! I hope to come back during the summer. I highly recommend this property. *****
