"The outside was clean and well kept. Close proximity to restaurants. The hotel is older which shows in some areas but was clean. The lobby and breakfast area are small and the free breakfast is your standard fare. Staff is friendly. Good value for the price."

"Booked 3 rooms for graduation at GSU. Booked 2 King Suites with Disability Access Nd 1 Double Queen room. Requested early check in and was confirmed by staff but rooms had not been cleaned when we arrived. We had to wait 45 minutes for one room to be cleaned. The King Suites were not disability friendly. Toliets were very low with no grab bar to help with standing. Didn't even attempt to shower due to having to step over in the tub."

"My room was filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. The walls and floor boards were dirty. The bedding had stains on them. I complained to staff and she said she was coming up to look at it, she never did. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The air conditioning unit was even dirty!"
