We did not get what we paid for...at all. We arrive on property and check in to find out that they overbooked or gave our room to someone else. Either way, it was plain wrong. My daughter had to sleep on a roll away bed with some really old feeling and looking sheets. Once we finally get in to the room it feels damp and humid in there as if it rained all night in the room. The blankets and sheets in the bed were dirty and we should have complained but we were so tired from travelling that we just cleaned them off the best we could and made do. I have done a lot of travelling for work so I understand the nature of hotels and their staffing issue but this was just unacceptable starting with not getting the room we BOOKED and PAID FOR.

The GM was kind and the staff except for 1 employee was incredible. I am disappointed that the rude and disrespecful employee still had a job after the way he argued with corporate on the phone with me. He was rude to me again the night I checked out. Rashod was his name.

Got to property late at night due traffic. Given room keys on the 4th floor and walked through a corridor with torn carpets and musty smell to a room with wet carpet and a sign indicating recently cleaned. Went back down again and assigned another room again in the 4th floor with equally wet carpet. Again asked to come down and assigned a room in 3rd floor with one bed ( I had requested two). This room had carpets that were still moist but not wet. We spent the night which I would not have if I had arrived earlier in the day. Bathroom and bed had hair from previous occupant. This is so far below IHG standards and Expedia must alert consumers if a hotel is undergoing maintenance or have hotel inform prior to check in. This is not the room I thought I was booking. Terrible choice.
