  • Bluebird Valley Farmhouse is handicap accessible on the ground floor with a full roll in shower , bathroom. A master bedroom with a king sized bed and closet . Large sitting room with a 60" tv adjacent.
    The kitchen is in the center of the house with a sun filled dining room on the south side with 180 ' views with a casual sitting area .
    A study with a washer and dryer are all located on the ground floor .
    Upstairs there are three more bedrooms with two queen sized beds and one set of twins along with another tv play room. A full bathroom .
    Outside the kitchen there is a gas grill with a cafe table and three chairs. On the rear deck there are two rattan chairs small table and picnic chairs .

A Fabulous Farmhouse

If ever in the area again, we will definitely stay at Bluebird Farmhouse. It is so charming with wonderful artwork throughout this warm and comfortable home. A beautiful setting with a very well equipped home providing everything you need. We were in town for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this special farmhouse!!

This was our second time staying here. We used this as a base for weekend skiing in the Berkshires. Beautiful house. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Especially loved the fire pit after a day of skiing.

Wedding weekend

We enjoyed our stay. It was everything and more than the listing said. Margaret was very responsive to our inquiries and available if we needed her. The Bluebird Valley Farmhouse was very comfortable. It offered areas for group activities and quiet areas for those of us needing some down time. The grounds were beautiful and offered varied sitting areas. We highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Bluebird Valley Farmhouse was absolutely perfect!! Words and photos cannot do this place justice! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and comfort of Margaret Jo’s home. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed with everything one could possibly need, the area is gorgeous and incredibly peaceful (we enjoyed stunning sunsets across the valley each night of our stay), and Margaret Jo was the ultimate host! She thought of everything we could possibly need, and even left pie for us as a welcoming gift! My family truly enjoyed our stay here and everyone commented on how wonderful our weekend at the house was. Margaret Jo also was so welcoming and accommodating; we planned to stay here for our son’s graduation WELL in advance, and we felt taken care of from the moment we made the booking. We will be returning again and again, and cannot say enough great things about it! Thank you Margaret Jo!

Third time we stayed at this amazing property

The property is absolutely amazing. It’s quite large for 2 people, but it’s perfect for us. The home is as clean as clean can be. The decor is lovely. The home is set on a very large lot that is meticulously maintained. We have access to Indian Lake which is fine for swimming,fishing or boating. We head out after spending almost 2 weeks here. I let the property owner know we will return again next summer.

Out of State Salisbury Graduation Attendance

The check in process was seamless and the directions were clear. The home is well kept. Every possible need we had from utensils to cooking pots and pans to spices to firewood was available. The home is absolutely beautiful and well thought out. The host has absolutely paid attention to every detail. We loved the way the house allowed for everyone to gather in the different sitting areas but also had pocket doors to separate rooms as needed. The grounds were also beautiful and the light was ample and views beautiful from every room. We were delighted to find the welcome goodies in the fridge and the thoughtful graduate gift left for us. We all came in from 4 different states. We all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Third visit and the first during the summer - Do not hesitate to book for a summer visit! Still managed to be a welcoming breath of fresh air even during a summer heat wave. The garden/yards were impeccable with stunning sunsets. Air conditioning was strong throughout (which is definitely not the case for many places in the area). This home is a great spot in The Berkshires. This is our second stay here and both were excellent. The home is well appointed - very comfortable to make your own meals however for dining out we did Willa's and Woodlands - both excellent. A wonderful walk to lake on the property and lots of great activities near by. I highly recommend!!

Daughter's Wedding Weekend

Our host was incredibly gracious and thoughtful. The house was beautifully decorated and every possible detail to a guest's stay had been thought about. The grounds were fabulous and only added to what was a perfect week !!
