「Easy check in and checkout. Only gave staff 3 stars because a N.A. wasn’t available- we never saw anyone- keys were left out in envelope for us and we used the key drop on the way out - easy peasy . They told me to wait until half hour before the check in to call them at which time we drove all the way there to find an old abandoned trailer completely unkempt and still never got in touch with the property owners. 「This was our second stay at Cold Stream Cottages. Our first stay last year was pretty amazing experience and so we had high expectations for this year. Once again we had a fantastic stay. House and property were clean and tidy with everything we needed. We basically had the lake to ourselves again this year. Such a nice quiet, relaxing stay. We hope to visit again next year!」

Only a little further from campus than the hotel in Bangor and a whole lot less expensive and lots more space! Kitchen had what we needed to cook. 「Beautiful spot on the lake, very private. Stayed with family to view the solar eclipse and it was perfect. Plenty of room - and fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, spices, etc.) and bathroom to make it easy to just arrive (best to arrive with groceries though - it takes awhile to get back to any shops!). Bald eagles (and a golden eagle sighting) were quite a bonus.」

My car ended up having issues and needed to be fixed. I texted John. He sent me to a garage in Lincoln. They were so nice. The lake is clean and clear. So beautiful. I enjoyed fishing while my husband relaxed in the lake. John also told us about some good fishing and walking places. The camp has all you need for cooking and eating....

「Our family of five enjoyed a fun filled week at Tony's private cove on beautiful Schoodic Lake. We canoed, swam, played endless board games that were at the camp, cooked delicious meals on the grill provided and ended each day with a relaxing camp fire that looked out over the lake. There were plenty of sleeping and hang out spots for everyone, but I enjoyed the screened in porch the most- watching the hummingbirds while drinking coffee. 「We really enjoyed relaxing on the spacious porch after spending our days fishing in the area. The view of the pond and the comfortable seating were great. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, and meal preparation was a breeze. Beautiful scenery but located close to shopping in Lincoln, this was the perfect base for us to float-fish the Penobscot and East Branch. Would recommend, and would love to return.」

「trip was great cabin was small but hojsed 5 grown men with alot of gear just fine, beds were comfortable but do have to be a smaller adult for loft beds, as for riding trail head was hars to find but with help from local friendly neighbors we found it and had a great few days of riding plus it was nice being so close to town with powersports shops and walmart and grocery store dunks gas everything you could need we had a great time here and will be back next season.」

「The house and lake are both beautiful. We rented a boat, tied it to the dock and spent a terrific week on the water. We used the grill and pizza oven and enjoyed the outdoor shower.
