Jhon the owner is a fantastic person. He welcomed us as part of his family. Super helpful giving info about the island. He sorted also daily trips for us. The place is super clean and very close to the port.

We had an amazing time staying at Livanios Studios in Milos! The hosts were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming and the location is central, perfect for getting anywhere you’d like to go. This was the cleanest of all of our accommodations on our trip. Highly recommend!!

Naturally cool room and friendly host!

Very nice apartment hotel. Along with with AC, the room was naturally very cool, which helped a lot due to the very hot weather. The host was very friendly, took genuine interest in helping and being accommodating. Enjoyed my stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The owners were the friendliest people that we’ve met in Greece. They really cared about our stay and wanted us to enjoy Milos. The air conditioning was great and we were able to sleep well. We would certainly return to this hotel if we return to Milos in the future!

Fantastic location and fantastic value! The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. The shower is quite cozy and only with a handheld shower nozzle but that’s to be expected at the price I paid. Very clean, ideally located with nearby parking and self-service laundry. I would come back again!

John and his wife were wonderful hosts. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was easy to find from port and is absolutely within walking distance. Him and his wife always made sure we had everything we needed. They cleaned the room every 2 days. The air conditioning works very well and it was great to have a fridge in the room. John actually helped book our boat ride to kleftiko and get our ATV from the right people. They speak both Greek and English very well which is also nice. We loved Milos and when we come back, we hope to stay here again.

The Livanio husband and wife team were beyond delightful and friendly. The room was perfect for 2 people. The location is walking distance to port, local beaches, bus station, and many restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here next time

Fantastic accomodation! Amazing location, spacious & clean rooms, free parking around the corner for our ATV, lots of restaurants and cafes very close by, bus stop on the same street. It is perfect! The host John was so kind and friendly and made you feel like you were apart of the family. He helped us with everything we needed and I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more!

Had the best stay here at Livanios Studios! Restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, car parking and shops are all walking distance. The hosts John and his wife Maria are also extremely kind and give recommandations for activites on the island. Room was very clean, spacious, homey and we loved our little “patio” area outside. Would book again without hesitation!

The host, John, make this stay memorable and he took it as his person responsibility to ensure we made the most of our 3 nights in Milos. A sit down with John on arrival will certainly make sure you have a detailed plan for your time and see why Milos has to offer. Dont decline this invitation as he is well connected across the island. The accommodation was as pictured and very spacious and comfortable with air conditioning, a fridge, queen bed and a large bathroom. If you are planning a trip to Milos and want an authentic experience John will make this happen, checking in every day to see what we had done. Highly recommended.

The most accommodating and kind hosts! We loved the area and we’re to happy to be in such helpful hands. Make sure you book an atv or scooter (needs a special license) with a reputable company ahead of time!! You’ll need it to get around since taxis are all over 20 euro no matter how short the drive is. Our atv broke twice and stranded us! Shop around for the best price and never trust your first quote to be the best. Great location to pick up rentals too all in walking distance.

One of the highlights of my stay was how the host assisted in organizing a fantastic boat trip, offering great recommendations on the best places and beaches to visit. This personal touch truly enhanced my holiday, allowing me to explore the beautiful island of Milos with ease. The location of Livanios Studios is perfect. It’s conveniently close to the bus station and a supermarket, making it easy to get around and pick up any essentials. There are also plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner nearby, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of my stay. I highly recommend Livanios Studios to anyone visiting Milos. John and Maria were the perfect couple. As soon as we got there, they greeted us with the biggest smiles. They were informative and we tried everything they suggested and it made our trip perfect. If John suggests something do it cause he really knows what he’s talking about. Livanios studios was amazing. The air conditioning was incredible and we had very hot days. There is a little area to sit just outside your door and even a rack to dry your clothes. John is always available and so kind. The room itself was immaculate. It was so clean. The shower and big and had awesome pressure. There is a safe in the room and a mini fridge. This hotel is on the main drag and so close to the port. Walking with our backpacks in the morning was easy to get to and we were close to all of the restaurants and the action. This is definitely a 10/10. We would love to come back and I will send all of my friends and family their way. Thank you John and Maria, you made us feel like family.

John and Maria were incredibly kind and their property is perfect! Super close to the main area, but tucked away so it’s nice and quiet at night time. The rooms were clean and bed was very comfy. John had very helpful recommendations for a care hire and boat tour. It felt like home away from home. Couldn’t recommend more!!
