Summer residence was a good spot to stay if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation. Do not count on the breakfast, and only one lady for is there for physical staff, everything else is done through WhatsApp concierge. Parking is not great either, but you wouldn’t be able to stay there without renting a vehicle. Close to Provatas beach which was very beautiful.

Everything was amazing. Breakfast was cheap and tasty. Air conditioning worked well. So many places to hang out outside and inside. Beautiful view. But the best part was the numerous cats that hung out around the property. Absolutely adorable!

This place is just okay. I personally believe it was hugely overpriced, £200 per night was just not good value for money. I’d probably pay max £50-£60 per night. Cost aside, it’s a decent place, clean enough and with a good view of the sea from the communal terrace/entrance area. However, it needs maintenance, there’s no attention to details, we had building materials outside our bathroom window. AC in the living room worked. The one in the bedroom was just spitting warm air. Breakfast was okay, very simple, eggs, toast and Greek yogurt. Parking is just outside, but on the side of a road, on a bent. There’s not a lot of cars passing by, but it feels a little dangerous to leave the car and manoeuvre it to get out.

The bed was super hard. There are no close by restaurants. The view was spectacular! Breakfast was great one morning but the other one we missed because they opened an hour late and we had a tour scheduled. A good price though!

Our family of 4 rented the 2 bedroom at Summer Residence from 6/18/25-6/20/25. The stay was wonderful. The front patio has a gorgeous view of the southern coast of the island. The bedrooms were very comfortable with AC in both. The bathroom was large by Greece standards. This is a great option if you want to stay somewhere away from the bustle of the port area. If you’re renting a car or ATV, this is easily accessible and a short 10 min ride. I was nervous based on another recent review, but I highly recommend.
