7 Louisiana in Broadkill / OCT 2024

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 7 Louisiana was a perfect home for our party of 8 women and one child -- plenty of room to hang together in the kitchen/dining/living room area, but lots of spots to go for quiet as well. There were plenty of beach chairs to choose from in the basement. We were there for a weekend in October, but those kayaks and the paddleboard would get a lot of use during a vacation in warmer months. We were too busy catching up to jump on the bikes, but having them there is wonderful, too! The kitchen had everything you would need and more, which is not always the case in the rental. And I think you could stay at the house for a month and not play all the board games available! Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely return to this home for future Broadkill visits!

Great house

The house was great, with beautiful decks and screen in porches. Very close to the beach and very private. The only downside was that we visited almost at the end of the season and the house was dirty. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, table was sticky and upstairs kids bedroom was a mess. Would we go back- definitely but with a lot of more cleaning supplies !

Home has everything you need and extras like beach chairs, beach wagon, bikes for all ages . Ping pong table, outdoor shower is great! Many decks and screened areas . Great family vacation!

We had a fantastic time! The place was spotless and well-stocked, with essentials to cook with. Plenty of room, tons of games, and things to do for the kids at the house and the beach. Would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience overall was good. One of the trundles was broken upon arrival but maintenance was sent out and made it sleep-able. The only other downside was that the couch has seen better days in the main living area and the outdoor cushions for the table/chains could also be replaced. Overall, very pleased with our stay, loved the updated front deck and additional screened in porch area as well as the replaced outdoor shower. Also loved the beach toys, paddle board, and kayaks as well as the ping pong table and bikes for some bonus fun.

Awesome and amazing

This house is amazing, we are already booking for next year! Has everything you need for an excellent stay for all ages. All items needed at beach are included, bikes, chairs, rafts, paddle boards, kayaks, ping pong table. Layout works great for large families. I can’t say enough about how nice home is. We will be back next June for 1-2 weeks ! Thank you for a great family vacation!!!!

Great stay!

Annual family beach trip

The house was beautiful, well-equipped and close to the beach. Check in and out was so easy! Last year it was an ordeal. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone friendly. We were relived to get to take the dogs.

Great house in Broadkill Beach

Lots of room for the family in this well equipped house. Short walk to the beach. But bring insect repellent. The mosquitoes and black flies can be a problem.

Loved our week at 7 Louisiana Avenue! Absolutely beautiful home that was immaculately clean. Beds were all incredibly comfortable and A/C worked amazing upstairs and down in 90 degree humid weather. Just a few steps to an incredibly beautiful beach with only a handful of people in sight at any one time. Extremely dog friendly as well. Incredibly impressed with Gallo Realty as well- super organized, friendly and helpful. 5 stars all around!

Our Best Vacation House

We have finally found the perfect beach house for our family - 6 adults, 4 young kids. The bedrooms were so comfortable and the huge bedroom with two bunk beds made the 4 boys happy. Great screened-in porch and big kitchen! Looking forward to next summer!!!
