Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

It was well kept but obviously just a rental, someone did not live there. It could have used a little touch up here and there but it didn't impact the overall stay. It was stocked like a hotel room with all the linens, small hair and body products and kitchen linens. They also provided laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, which I thought was nice. It was easy to access with the Latch app and instructions were straight forward. There were several "building messages" that were forwarded so I knew what to expect.
