「Location is excellent for both shopping and the old town. 15 minute walk to the Guggenheim. Very clean and well maintained. Beds extremely comfortable and no issues at all with service. It’s always easy to find something to complain about in a hotel but on this occasion I found nothing :) 」

「Bel endroit. Propre. Facile à marcher de l’arrêt d’autobus ainsi qu’aux endroits à visiter. Personnel gentil et aidant. 」

「The bed is too soft and hurt my back. The parking space in the basement is so tiny and driveway is very narrow. So be prepared for the challenge when you drive through the way downstairs. The only thing we give compliments is the breakfast as they offer freshly made juice and smoothies! 」

「The hotel was great- clean, free water, coffee, cookies! Lots of room to store luggage, comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Location is sketchy if you are walking to the market/other side of the bridge- be aware of your safety. Hotel staff member was awesome! 」

「Inexpensive location to visit Bilbao. Transportation is a 20 min bus ride to downtown. Staff were helpful with directions and special requests. The room was tired and not well cleaned. Furniture was scuffed, fridge did not work and dust was on all the trim. 」
