Need a change of scenery? We have just what you need.

We offer this lovely, brand-new, 3-star apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located in a peaceful setting just steps from the river and only 100 meters from the ocean.
Thanks to its ideal location, you can do everything on foot: relax on our fine sandy beaches, enjoy the restaurants, bars, entertainment, and other popular spots in the resort.
Inside, it includes a living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a bedroom with a double bed (linens provided) and access to a furnished terrace, and a bathroom with toilet.

Bonus: Wi-Fi and air conditioning for maximum comfort.

Outside, a second terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a griddle will allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunny days and balmy summer evenings. This apartment also offers access to a heated swimming pool (weather permitting) open from Easter until November 11th.

Shared bicycle storage and private parking are available.
