Een fantastisch huis, een aanrader!

Wat hebben wij een geweldige vakantie gehad in dit fantastische, schone huis, het is echt een aanrader! Het huis is ruim (wij waren met een gezin van 4), van alle gemakken voorzien (een droger is heel fijn voor de handdoeken, de ijsblokjesmaker in de koelkast een fijne extra) en de buurt is rustig. Het zwembad is heerlijk en groot, de tuin is groot genoeg om petanque te spelen en Mimizan is een leuk stadje waar van alles te doen is. Het strand is heerlijk. Kortom, wij gaan zeker nog eens terug!

Ruhige Lage toller Pool tolle Küche

Sehr schönes Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, leider hier und da schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das einzige was uns wirklich gestört hat, war das nicht vorhanden sein von Fliegengittern. Wir wurden regelmäßig von Stechfliegen förmlich aufgefressen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Dank Pin Schloss musste nichtmal der Schlüssel zurückgebracht werden Top!

Urlaub mit Freunden und Hund

Das Ferienhaus läßt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns 14 Tage sehr wohlgefühlt. Man kann an mehreren Orten Mahlzeiten zu sich nehmen. Der Platz beim Gasgrill ist auch überdacht. Ein Pool mit Treppen der erst flach ist und ab der Mitte abfällt sorgt für Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Auch die Autos haben einen Platz im Carport. Wir haben viel gesehen und uns prächtig erholt. 1 Abstecher nach Spanien ( San Sebastian) ist sehr zu empfehlen sowie natürlich zur großen Düne nach Arcachon.

Schöne Familienferien in Mimizan

Kurze und knappe Bewertung zur Entscheidungsfindung: Pro: -Riesenpool (11x5 mit abgestuftem Nichtschwimmer Bereich, Pool-Alarm), schöne Außenanlage. - ganzes Haus mit Klimaanlage, die auch funktioniert und schnell reagiert - sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit vielen Edelstahlkochutensilien (wer das Teflongeschirr mit seinen Kratzern aus anderen Ferienwohnungen kennt, weiß das zu schätzen), Induktionsherd - Kleiderschrank ist groß und übersichtlich, kommt viel drin unter. - zwei Toiletten und Duschen - was in der Beschreibung nicht erwähnt wird: Rollstuhlgerecht im Erdgeschoss und in der Außenanlage! Neutral: es gibt ein elektrisches Gartentor, aber eben auch eine ungesicherte Zufahrt über den anderen Teil des Geländes, was das Einfahrtstor unnötig macht. Negativ: die Papierfabrik in Mimizan selber verursacht einen bestialischen Gestank. Steht der Wind ungünstig, merkt man das deutlich. Wenn man also geruchsempfindlich ist, wird man sich daran stören. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und der Kontakt zum Interhome-Team war nett und unkompliziert.

Très belle maison, spacieuse endroit calme

La maison est parfaite, luxueuse, le confort et le modernisme permettent de bien en profiter. La piscine est très belle, mais les noisetiers sont trop proches et les feuilles dans l'eau risquent d'obstruer le filtre. Il manque une clôture avec le voisin, c'est important lorsque l'on a un chien. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
