On the ground floor, you will find a bright and elegantly furnished living and dining room that opens directly onto a 15 m2 terrace with both south-facing and west-facing orientations, ideal for enjoying natural light throughout the day. Also on the ground floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower room. A separate WC is also available on this level, along with a dedicated luggage room for your convenience. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully designed to meet all your culinary needs. On the upper floor, the sleeping arrangements continue with 2 additional rooms: the first contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length alongside 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second room features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor is served by a shower room with WC and a double hand-basin. Beautiful wooden floors run throughout the upper level, adding warmth and character to the overall aesthetic.
