Perfect House for Family with small children

The house has a lovely large garden (shared with another property) for the kids to run around, play, outdoor shower etc. It is located in a green area rigth next to some woods and the access road to the lake (boat/canoeing/SUP etc, but no swimming allowed - i still went out on some great morning swims). The lake is quite beautiful and you can run/walk around on a very nice path (ca 14km). A larger road is just outside the property and you will hear the cars, but our kids were louder during the day and the traffic is quieting down in the evenings. A golf course is on the other side of the road hence the wide and green outlook from the property. The evening sun sets on the terrace. The house has everything you need including 4 bunk beds and a comfortable double bed in the other bedroom. We used the barbecue almost every day. The property was very clean when we arrived.

Das Haus war sehr schön und hatte alles was man braucht. Einkaufen war in der Nähe möglich ( mit Auto). Der Strand war toll und mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten erreicht. Parkplätze waren vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Besitzer waren sehr nett und freundlich. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Agréable séjour à la côte atlantique

Un acceuil chalereux à l'heure indiquée. La dame nous a tout montré et tout expliqué. Pendant notre séjour elle passait de temps en temps pour se rassurer, si nous ne manquons de rien. Seul inconvéniant: le lac de notre côté - et cela ne faisait pas partie de l'annonce- les baignades étaient interdites par raison de vase- C'est bien resonnable, mais il faudrait qu'on informe le client d'avance. Le tout formidable!

Heerlijk huisje

Een heerlijk net huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne bedden, fijne keuken. Enorme tuin, waar je altijd wel zon of schaduw kan vinden of kan voetballen😉. Hele aardige eigenaren die in het huis erachter wonen en tips voor de omgeving hebben. Enige kleine minpunt, de doorgaande weg aan de tuin. Na een paar dagen hoor je het niet meer, maar wel de ruisende bomen en krekels. Heerlijk als savonds laat de auto’s stilvallen

Ein tolles Ferienhaus

Wir sind zufällig auf das Haus gestoßen und haben richtig Glück gehabt. Das Haus ist praktisch mit allem, was man braucht eingerichtet. Sehr gut ist das eingezäunte große Grundstück, so dass wir unseren Hund frei laufen lassen konnten. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und klasse war, dass auch die Hausverwalterin Deutsch spricht. Quasi direkt hinter dem Haus (3min zu Fuß) ist der Lac d‘ Aureilhan, sehr schön! Alles in allem ein hervorragendes Ferienquartier.

DETENTE

La petite maison est agréable mais l'isolation thermique est à revoir. Il y a aussi des infiltrations d'eau sur le plafond et le mur. Maison sûrement très agréable l'été. Les sentiers de randonnée au bord du lac sont juste derrière la maison et la promenade est est vraiment sympa...

Accueil et hôtes super

La maison est conforme aux photos et très confortable. Le lac est juste derrière. Les plages sont à 12 minutes en voiture + le temps de se garer. Les hôtes sont adorables et l'accueil a été parfait. Seul bémol pour nous, la présence de la route fort passante devant la maison. Même si la maison est en retrait, la nuisance liée à la route reste présente. Le soir par contre, c'est très calme.

Très bien!

Très bon accueil et appartement en accord avec sa description! Les hôtes se sont montrés très disponibles et réactifs, la machine à laver était tombée en panne mais à été immédiatement remplacée et le souci de wifi est en cours de réparation . L’emplacement est idéal et très adapté aux enfants. Je recommande !

Excellent séjour à MIMIZAN

Petite maison loin de la foule, bien placée en face du golf, de l'accrobranche et à coté du lac. La maison est propre et fonctionnelle, très bien équipée comme à la maison (sopalin, torchons, papier WC, produits ménagers, éponges, sel poivre...) . Le grand jardin entièrement clôturé est séparé par une haie avec la maison mitoyenne ce qui ne pose aucun problème. Mme Lapeyre qui s'occupe de la réception est charmante, ainsi que le propriétaire qui s'est mis en 4 pour nous trouver une solution face aux problèmes de connexion WIFI (la fibre devrait être installée pour l'année prochaine). Ne manquait que la clim car nous nous avons séjourné pendant la canicule. Heureusement, on a pu se rafraichir dans le lac ou sous la douche de jardin mise à notre disposition... En conclusion , nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Mimizan.

2 Wochen super Urlaub - Alles Top

Wir haben 2 schöne Woche im Haus Mimosa verbracht. Wunderschöne Lage direkt am See. Wir konnten von hier aus super SUP und Kanu fahren. Zum Meer bzw nach Mimizan Plage sind es ca 8-9km mit dem Fahrrad zum Hauptstrand. Hier waren wir nicht oft, sehr voll. Es gibt aber super tolle Strände in der Nähe, die nicht so überlaufen sind. Leider waren verständlicherweise viele Fahrradwege wg der Brandgefahr teilweise oder ganz gesperrt. Leider war das WLan nicht wirklich gut und der Fernseher war auch irgendwie kaputt. Um den Fernseher haben sich die Vermieter aber sofort gekümmert, aber irgendwie weiterhin Probleme. Uns war es egal, wir haben eh nicht viel Fernsehen geschaut. Abends in der Stadt (Mimizan Plage) shoppen, oder essen oder nur schlendern. Mit dem Fahrrad dann raus aus der vollen „Welt“ und wieder zurück in die Stille… das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem auch mit Hund wunderschön. Klare Weiterempfehlung! Die Betreuung durch Vermieter etc. ist beispiellos gut!

Petite maison mitoyenne dans une grande propriété. Au pied des pistes cyclables pour se rendre au bourg de Mimizan, à la plage ou découvrir les alentours.

C'était de super vacances ! La maison est spacieuse , lumineuse et fonctionnelle . Parfaitement équipée , il manque que la climatisation pour qu'elle soit parfaite . Un terrain immense , de bonnes ballades à faire , l'océan pas loin , de bon petit restau , des petites boutiques . Une bouteille de vin de bienvenu offert par les propriétaires qui sont avec Mme Lapeyre des personnes très gentilles et très disponibles . Nous n'avons absolument rien à redire , sauf au Top !

Die schönste aller Herbergen

Nach nunmehr vier Wochen Frankreich stelle ich fest, daß das "Haus Mimosa" die schönste der bislang fünf Unterkünfte war. Der Check-Inn durch Frau Laperey war schon erstklassig. Sie ist eine Perle. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und hat alles, was man braucht. Inklusive fast aller deutschen Fernsehprogramme. W-Lan sehr gut. Kochen ging sehr gut, Utensilien dazu alle vorhanden. Sehr angenehm war die zuverlässige Waschmaschine. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zirka 10 Autominuten entfernt (ALDI, Leclerce). Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, trotz Doppelhauscharakter. Sollten wir Mal wieder in die Gegend kommen, wäre "Mimosa" erste Wahl.
