Perfect location with view on the sea in walking distance from restaurants and shops. Private parking is super. the host is very friendly and helpfull. Everything you need is in the house. We had a wonderfull week in this place.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait à Mimizan Plage Sarah, notre hôte, a été adorable : toujours souriante, disponible et pleine de bons conseils sur tout ce qu’il y a à faire dans les environs.Nous sommes venus avec notre animal de compagnie et elle a eu une délicate attention en lui préparant un petit lit avec une couverture . Ce geste nous a énormément touchés.L’appartement est impeccable : très propre, bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La vue est superbe, les couchers de soleil magnifiques et le lieu est calme, sans nuisances sonores. Le vrai luxe : sortir et être directement les pieds dans le sable !Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, encore merci infiniment Sarah

Cela fait 46 ans que je viens à Mimizan plage et que nous louons des maisons et appartements. Cette location fait parti de notre top 3. Rien à dire tellement nous étions bien. La localisation est parfaite. Logement est bien entretenu, bien équipé. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun soucis. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et il est facile de communiquer avec eux. L'année prochaine, nous savons où nous irons !!😊

Appartement idéalement situé face à la mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Mimizan. Nous remercions Mme Wroblewski pour sa confiance. Elle est très serviable et sympathique. Rien ne manque dans l'appartement qui est très fonctionnel, tout à été pensé. Il jouxte la grande plage d'un côté et le centre de Mimizan plage et son animation de l'autre. Tout se fait à pied, sans voiture ! Belle vue sur la mer de la terrasse, nous sommes bercés par le bruit des vagues. Nous y retournerons ! Merci encore.
