「Lovely apartment with great view」

「The hotel is new and the staff was simply amazing. They took care of every detail in every way. The food and restaurants were a very high level. Quality and taste were superb. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was just perfect 」

「Jannah place, one of the best place that i ever booked, rooms are well cleaned and nicely smells, operation team very helpful, private pool is very good , i cant give more coment , but i will share my daughter feedback: We had an amazing and most brilliant and wonderful time in Janna palace it was so fun to have anew experience in a new place i like it because we had our own pool and it was just amazing.」

「Nachdem wir langjährige Erfahrung mit der Miete von Ferienwohnungen haben (allein in Al Hamra Village schon 6 mal) lässt sich dieses Objekt nicht anders beschreiben als "einfach ein Traum". Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind vorbildlich. Wir kochten fasst täglich selbst, genossen unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse und konnten uns glänzend erholen. Der Pool in unmittelbarer Nähe hat zwar keine olympischen Ausmaße, aber für eine kurze Erfrischung und eine kleine Auszeit gut geeignet. Alles in allem ein...

「We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. Everything from A to Z has been impeccable. The villa, the food, the staff and everything one can think of. When there was a slight glitch in one of the services, the staff not only have resolved the matter promptly but exceeded expectations in terms of service recovery. Super highly recommended especially when one wants to escape the busy city. 」

「Great place for a weekend away on the beach, good choice of restaurants」

「The price with breakfast is worth for this place. Good that they provided me late check out service this time. The room is OK even though it is not new. However, it is a bit strange I have to walk through the lobby (to the other side) to the dinning place where it is just next to my room. 」

「Outstanding hospitality 」

「We had a fantastic stay at Mughal Suites. Shadi and Diana checked us in and gave us a lovely suite. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we had a nice pool view. Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left. When checking out, they even went through the room to make sure we didn’t forget anything. Parking was easy and ample. We bought the beach passes for the Hilton across the street. It was a short walk...

「Bed was too firm and couldn’t sleep good because of it. Shower door wouldn’t close properly so water flooded the bathroom floor every time you shower. Staff was nice and room layout was good.」

「Great hotel with beach and pool for the kids. All inclusive drink are local brands. Beach has a kiosk with a very friend staff Tanusi who provided excellent service. Would recommend 」

「The place ia not good for family environment. there a loot of yellings and screaming at our floor to the point that we literally felt people were rite outside our door. this kept going till morning 8 and we just decided to leave and sleep in our car instead. it was a literal waste of money. 」

「We chose it because it was relatively cheap and yet had excellent reviews. Very isolated, pool is in rooftop, beach is very small and not very nice. Inside apartment is great. The building not so much. Good customer service from Qstay and Zoya」

「Wifi access was limited to only one device per room. More the one device for wifi access will be subjected for extra charge. Very poor !!!」
