Great resort, we stayed on the older villa side, the rooms are due for an update (as opposed to the newer rooms in the Village) but our 2 bedroom villa was spacious and clean and very quiet, so we had a great stay.

Very good for relaxing.

Rooms are clean, but little bit tiny and old compared to the other fancy resorts. Not all rooms have great views but still it's fine. All day dining restaurant outside dining view was great. Pools are very good and not crowded. Beach is also good and not deep. One downside is that water sports was not available at all.

Beautiful location and great property! The views are spectacular! Rooms are big and comfortable. All inclusive is a great deal, good food variety and deliciousness. Excellent guest service. One observation is the late children activities from 8pm to after 9pm may be a different location would be better.

Magical Place

Magnificent Resort, probably my favorite in UAE so far and I've been to many. It's huge, so internal transportations is kind of required always, but it's easy and quick to send a golf kart. Absolutely recommended. It's a hidden gem in RAK no doubts.

The beach was great. Waiting time for a buggy was often too long at peak times. We wld prefer more Arabic/Indian dishes. Some natural juces w/o added sugar or sweetener wld be great, too. And, pls get rid of these damned plastic water bottles!

Great resort. Buffet very bad.

Resort is beautiful, room, beach and pool are great. Reception very friendly as are buggy drivers. Food very poor. No taste, very cold. More like canteen food then a buffet in UAE. Breakfast was better and nice to sit out side.

Great all inclusive stay!

We stayed for a 4 night break and would return in the future. The housekeeping was superb, nothing was too much trouble and our room was spotless. We took the all inclusive package and only ate in Cinnamon which would have become repetitive if we’d stayed longer but the food was good. I have to mention Milan one of the waiters, he was so helpful and warm and always had a smile and a friendly greeting, a real asset to the Hotel! The beach is beautiful and clean. The adult pool had lots of sunbeds. The all inclusive drinks were good.

Not enough buggies

Nice hotel, fortunately with an adults pool as there were a lot of children. Food was good. Gym good although lacking a few machines I'm used to. Sauna area good too. There is a buggy service to get you around the resort. As previous reviewers mentioned there are just not enough of them so you find yourself hanging a round waiting a lot. And in 40+ temperatures that's not fun. It's a bit dissapointing because the management must clearly be aware of this from previous reviews.

Great Family Staycation - lovely staff -

Had a very bad experience with the management of the hotel. There were some hicup at the check in and i believe management of the hotel should improve its customer relation management. Thanks to the rest of the staff, i had an amazing stay. Management should really thank them. The staff was amazing and had a great customer relations. Few things: - the infinity pool needs a strong improvement. - lots of bird poop on the sunbeds - at the kids pool, (at the slide pool area) kids older than 3 years should not be allowed. They are jumping in the pool and if you have a baby it gets quite dangerous. My son was pushed several times - the villa and the overall property is not stroller friendly (stairs everywhere,…) But Went for a family staycation. The staff is amazing and you can count on them. I had a back pain and one of the buggy driver gave us his phone number to call him directly so we would not have to wait and stand with pain! After this all the buggy team was aware of my back pain issue The cleaning team was really nice and friendly as well as the restaurant team! Thanks the team Very nice spot for family staycation. We also had a nice encounter with the photographer based in the hotel. Breakfast good The quality of food for the restaurant of the Mediterranean restaurant has to be improved. Also, friday very nice belly dance show at the beach and great ambiance for the BBQ. Must do! Overall nice experience few improvements especially on the management behaviour
