“The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.”

“Hotel was at the heart of Shinjuku where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. The space we stayed at had more than enough room for a family of 4. If you need to iron your clothes, you will need to go to the laundry room on the 20th floor which was a little annoying but I was lucky enough to find the place and no one was using the iron. In the room, the electrical plugs found at the base of the bed were all covered for safety so your only place to plug and charge anything……

Unfortunately, our experience was heavily let down by the front desk staff during check-in. The receptionist who served us was completely smile-less and unfriendly. ​What annoyed us most was the room arrangement. These three identical rooms were placed on entirely different floors (despite having the same room numbers), which caused……
