"Perfect place to stay as a base to do some hiking in the mountains. Wonderful that it has an onsen complimentary for guests - very welcome after a hike! Communal cooking & eating facilities extensive and a good place to meet other guests. Friendly and helpful staff. The only minor negative was no air-conditioning as it was quite warm. "

"The hotel is a little difficult to get to if you don't have a car. The bus runs only a couple of times a day from the airport so plan accordingly and is at the top of a hill (which makes sense for ski but is a trek if you're on your feet). It is a very clean and beautiful property and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful and make your stay comfortable. The views from the room are spectacular. "

"The room was very spacious and new. The location is fantastic if you are driving. Close to many amenities like convenient shops and restaurants (within 15 mins drive or less). Free laundry near lobby area. However, parking is limited on property."

"It was amazing. Room was big enough to store 2 luggages. Toilet clean and smell good. Only thing is the parking: first come first serve basis. If you’re late, you might not be able to get a parking and had to park further up which imo its far. "
