「Great accomodation for 4 friends, well appointed property. 」

「Ben was a helpful and communicative host. There are three bedrooms with an additional tatami room that could (possibly) accommodate more. It comfortably slept our party of 5. The kitchen was large and functional with a spacious dining/family room. The property had two toilets and two shower rooms which made it easy for a large group to get up and going in the morning. Ikebukuro was an awesome area. There are multiple konbini around the corner from the house along with a more stocked grocery...

「Gorgeous, charming house in a cute neighborhood. Perfect mix of traditional Japanese and Western amenities. Fairly close (but hilly) walk to many Kyoto sites and amenities. The perfect place for a small group to have a cozy, relaxing stay in Kyoto. I'd love to stay here again!」

The house is in a great location -- just around the corner from the bus stop, Family Mart & Demachiyanagi rail station.
