Nice, bright room at the top of the inn looking over the village street down to Hurlstone Point. Big, clean en-suite. Good full English breakfast, very friendly staff who wanted to be sure we were happy. The bar was lively in the evening with plenty of groups at the sofas, tables and bar-stools.

The position of the property is ideal. Unfortunately the property does not meet expectations, no housekeeping, basic breakfast and strange taste to the water in the room we were in. Although staff tried to rectify the water issue to no avail.

Our third time at the Castle and loved it just as much. Lovely hosts, fabulous breakfast and a big spacious room. Only wished we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights booked!

Loved our room!

We had a lovely room with a beautiful oriental bed and a balcony. The bed was more comfortable than ours at home! Staff were friendly and eager to see to our needs. Breakfast was very nice 😊
