The check-in was fine. But we arrived 10 mins before 4 pm and couldn't get inside. A bit frustrating after a 9h drive. Also, living at 10 am is early; otherwise, you have to pay extra. 50/ 150 for early checking and late departure, which is a bit excessive to me. Finally, if I am paying an extra fee for the cleaning process, I am expecting perfection. All the rest was very good/ Location, cabin, confort as expected.
