This house was named for the serenity it brings to us when we visit. We have taken time to ensure all your needs are met by spending hundreds of hours working out all the bugs and figuring out what you would like to have during a peaceful vacation. I have been told we did well. 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. All paved road access. Get away from the world and take time to nourish your soul with the peace and tranquility of long range mountain views and wood burning fireplaces in a settling where nature's creatures are found and frequently make appearance.

Waterfalls, tubing, rafting, hiking, are all nearby. Hiking and biking: Appalachian Trail and Benton McKaye which include short hikes to Fall Creek Falls, Desoto Falls, Long Branch Falls, Swinging Bridge, Amicalola Falls, Ruby Falls, Toccoa River Trails, And Aska

Beautiful Views

Great stay. Cabin was clean and as advertised. Communication with host was great. We enjoyed our stay very much!Only thing that could be a small issue (wasn’t for us) was you can hear anyone on the neighboring property when they are out on their porch. As long as those folks call it a night at a reasonable time, it’s no problem at all. We did not have any issues and the host was very proactive in offering assistance with neighbors if noise did become an issue….again, not an issue, just an observation.Stay was wonderful and the upgrades in the cabin were very nice!Thank you!!

Serenity Found is a slice of pure heaven

We have stayed at several cabins in the area and Serenity Found is superior to all. Peaceful, tranquil, clean, comfortable and very well equipped with the essentials. The outdoor fireplace, hot tub and daily visits from the herds of deer were the highlights of our stay. Mary is a fantastic host and we will be back. I will be recommending this lovely place to all of my friends. It truly lives up to its name!

Expectations Exceeded!

I build custom homes in Florida and I found this cabin to be so thoughtfully designed. A wonderful property that could not have been any cleaner. Beautiful views at every level and all of the furnishings are top notch. Such a relaxing place to spend a long weekend or a week. The host was very responsive and communicated very well. Sometimes you find that needle in the haystack and we did with this cabin!

Amazing long weekend get away

Quick Get-a-way made easy!

Quiet Peaceful Getaway

We loved our stay here. Quiet and peaceful getaway. Pics don’t do it justice, the view is amazing. Very comfortable bedding & furniture. Communication with the owner was A+. There is a house relatively close behind this house. The only negative was on our 3rd night, we were trying to go to sleep & there was a barking dog on the neighbors deck from 9 to 10 pm and it’s right behind the master suite. Finally got dressed went out to holler at it but the people had just brought it inside. For as peaceful as the rest of the time was, it was annoying. But a small blip compared to the rest of this peaceful visit.

Amazing cabin, great location and a very responsive host who was always available to help and provide tips of how to make our stay amazing. Mary was always there for us via text or call. Wedding Anniversary

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. Mary's directions to the house and directions to get in the house were perfect.The kitchen had everything you could need from utensils to spices and cleaning products. The king bed was comfortable and the view from the master bedroom screened in deck was beautiful. We picked up two bags of corn from the Ace hardware in Blue Ridge and had up to twelve deer every morning grazing in the back yard. One thing we really appreciated was how Mary had labeled all the light switches in all the rooms on all three floors. The outside grill was clean and great for cooking steaks.The area is very quiet and perfect for relaxing on the deck. We have stayed at various VRBOs but this was by far the best one. We hope to come back in the fall for winter!

Feed the deer, they will come

My husband and I had a great stay. We’ve been coming to the Blue Ridge area for almost 20 years and this is one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve seen. Also the nicest hot tub! Property is beautiful, easy to get to with all paved roads. Master bedroom was very comfortable, great shower. Be sure to get corn from ACE hardware and put it in the backyard. We saw 6 deer every day and 2-3 turkeys…plus squirrels, birds and rabbits. We never stay in the same cabin twice when we visit the area (we just like to see different areas) but would stay here again. Already wish we could go back!

Perfect

My partner and I had the perfect weekend getaway from our busy lives in the city. There was everything we needed for our stay so we didn’t need to pack anything other than our essentials. The view was gorgeous, the house was clean, well kept, and very cozy. Mary gave us a lot of information before our stay that was really helpful. New Years at Serenity Found

We enjoyed one of our best mountain stays at Mary's cabin. The views were amazing, the house was tastefully decorated, the kitchen well stocked for an extended stay and sofas and beds very comfortably. The neighborhood is great for walking with limited traffic. Mary was prompt with all correspondence, pleasant and helpful with all communication. Looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect peaceful getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful peaceful week at this beautiful north Georgia getaway. Mary is an attentive and delightful host. The cabin has everything you need. The beds and furniture are very comfortable. The roads to the cabin are all paved and not steep. It is close to Blue ridge but far enough out to be private. Bring a bag of deer corn and you will see tons of deer. My husband works remotely and needs stable Internet and it worked great all week. Highly recommend this property. Thank you, Mary!
