This place was amazing. Tucked away in your own private paradise but still accessible to the lake via a majestic staircase. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken during my stay but Vacasa was very receptive and responsive to offering options (things break, no one’s fault). Both indoor and outdoor living areas were spacious and cozy. Beds were extremely comfortable. And Lake Anna was amazing. Highly recommend renting a boat to explore the lake, its huge and so relaxing and fun.

We had a great stay at this unique property on the lake! Nestled among the trees, it feels like a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The interior is beautifully designed, blending rustic charm with modern amenities, and what looks like a brand new kitchen. Waking up to the sound of birds and the view of the lake was just what we needed. The large deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation, offering great views and a peaceful ambiance. This home is a great choice for families or for a romantic getaway, and I loved that I was able to bring my dog!

Happy to find this little gem at Lake Anna! It was fresh, clean, and well equipped. Nice deck nestled among huge trees—like living in a tree house, with excellent birdwatching! Private and quiet. Beds and furnishings were very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and grilled out most evenings. WiFi and TVs worked well. Nearby seafood restaurants were a bit pricey, so having a grocery and liquor store close by was convenient. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would definitely rent this property again.(maybe bring a jet ski next time ) Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved our stay at Lake Anna! The location was perfect—right on the lake with water and tree top views. We enjoyed mornings sipping coffee on the deck and evenings soaking in the hot tub. The amenities were top-notch: the ping pong table provided hours of fun, and the Mortal Kombat arcade game was a hit with everyone. The stairs down to the dock were a bit of a workout, but totally worth it for the lake access and the chance to relax by the water. The owners provided a stand up paddle board and two kayaks, so bringing your boat isn't totally necessary, though there is a community boat ramp within 30 seconds from the property if you do bring one, making it easy to launch and hit the water. Overall, this place was a perfect blend of comfort and adventure (everything inside looked brand new). Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway or a fun family vacation!

It seems that the property had been owned by someone that smoked in it. It has gotten a full facelift on the interior, and looks nice. But it smells terribly of cigarettes! We were told the owner just installed an air filtration system, so they knows it's a problem, but they refused to admit that it was an issue.

We had a nice weekend away at this property: plenty of space for our family of four + our dog. Everything was clean and the kitchen was stocked for cooking and dining. Cozy space for a long weekend. Only negative was that the hot tub wasn’t working and we weren’t told before arriving that it hadn’t been working for several weeks. Also, be aware that the steps to and from the lake are steep and are not accessible for someone who has trouble walking. The water can be accessed though by driving your car around to the gated driveway.

Everything was nice but wouldn’t be good for someone with difficulty doing steps we managed ok but was more then we expected for the wife
