You will be so close to everything at this charming home right here in downtown Mineral Wells, TX! This is the first residential street off of downtown, so you can walk to everything there: shopping, restaurants, Baker Hotel, Rickhouse Brewing, Crazy Water Hotel, Crazy Water company and more. This full home retains its character from being built in 1906. Original hardwood floors and charm with 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms, 3 smart TVs, daybed, full kitchen, wifi, porch, and plenty of room to relax.

Inside the home was good. It's an older home with rustic charm, huge rooms, and super clean. Appliances are new and all worked great. We really enjoyed hangin out in the big living room. The driveway is a little tricky because it is very steep and partially gravel.The outside furniture, though, needed to be cleaned - badly. And, the neighborhood (while out of the host's control) was a little sketchy, so it's not really a hang out outside spot anyway.

Check in was good! It was a very nice older home!! The kitchen could use some up dated stuff like pots and pans. A few things like a mixer. There was only one trash bag. Could up date rags and a few more towels for the bathrooms. But we did have a great time and stay!!

Mineral Wells Gem

This vintage home was spacious and airy. We loved the architectural features and amenities. It was clean and comfortable and a wonderful location! Within walking distance of everything, and super close to the Crazy Water Bath House and Water Co. , where we spent our amazing and relaxing morning being pampered! Staying here really completed the whole experience of this cool historic town.

Wonderful location and accommodations

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the property. It’s exactly as advertised. Easy walking distance to the downtown area. The house could definitely accommodate more individual comfortably. Everything went smooth on check in and checkout. The place was spotless and inviting on the inside. If I had one complaint and not sure I’d even call it a complaint. Suggestion maybe, I’d love to sit on the front or back porch but the furniture needed blower taken to them before arrival. I hope everyone enjoys this magnificent house!
