「The ammenities and layout of the house were wonderful. The owner responded to questions in a timely manner. The only negative i would have is the landscaping and patio were in poor condition. I feel the owner put focus first on the house and likely now will work to make the outdoor area more livable. I would stay here again.」

「We had a great time staying at Shady Oak! House was very nice and had everything you needed. From gas grill, all kitchen utensils and cookware. Washing machine and dryer were a big plus after being on the lake all day. Easy contacting host with a little issue with the front gate, but she answered immediately and was able to resolve the issue within minutes. Overall great experience and excellent service from host!」

「This property is located very close to the lake and you have to drive past some not so great looking places. But we had no issues with the neighbors. In fact everyone we talked to was super friendly. The bed (queen up top) was extremely comfortable and made for a great nights sleep with AC blowing cold. The boat Ramp is a little sketchy with no courtesy dock so be prepared. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. 」
