「Excellent staff and cleanliness. Tasty and huge portioned breakfast. Just need better water temperature control in the shower as water gets either too hot or too cold without changing the shower knob position.」

Almost everything was provided except for personal hygiene, but conveniently there are stores around the area and even within the bldg, and there's also a 711 just a few minutes walk. The staffs are very respectful as well, highly recommended.」

「Everyone is so great and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing that bothers me is the floor is not level and squeaky. Also the bathroom sink was clogged. We stayed for 2 nights and we had Natalia room.」

「The hotel is not bad. The room my fiance and I got wasn't terrible. It was clean, no need for aircon, the fan kept our room cool. It would've been great if our room had internet, be advised, NO INTERNET IN ALL ROOMS. For the price we should at least have wifi, no one wants to sit in a hallway or lobby just to connect to wifi. I will say the place feels ancient. Like the 2nd floor outside area geels ligeless. The hround floor lobby was not too bad but the rest of the building felt like it was...

「First of all. The staff. Was very good. They answered all my questions. And took care of all my needs. The hotel itself. Is an older hotel. It has a lot of problems. Cockroaches. Ant's. No T, VS in the room. No refrigerators in the room. No screens on the windows. No air con. The interior of the room looked very outdated, with a lot of patches on the walls and the ceilings uncared for. But overall? It was comfortable. The only amenities? Was hot water and coffee.」

「The Villa had no hot water running in the bathrooms, the fridge is not cooling, which spoiled our food, and we noticed roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. We contacted the office management who came to check the unit and we also emailed the office manager. While we were moved to another unit in the area the next day, we encountered more issues. The rooms had mosquitoes, water leak from the side of the stairway, creating safety and slipping hazard and the internet connection does not reach all...
