"The property was immaculately clean; towels were provided; ample beddings; a water dispenser with extra replacement water gallons; loads of tissue paper for 2 bathrooms; a microwave, induction stove; dishes; and kitchen utensils. In short, you’ll do away with some of the stuff that you usually stock up on if you choose a hotel to stay in. More importantly, the caretaker, Opalyn, was very accommodating. Also, the place was a stone’s throw away from Mine’s View Park and near Wright Park. Very peaceful place to stay in. Will be a return guest, for sure, and will recommend it to family anfd friends."

"A little distant from main city hub but the room is luxurious and spacious, wonderful bathroom! Breakfast buffet was disappointing, not a lot of variety and food was not delicious."

"The hotel staff made you feel like family they are so professional with a warm feeling when you check in and throughout your whole stay they treat you so nice it was a pleasure staying there and I definitely will stay there again no other place in the whole town can come up to their level they are all five star"

"The hotel is not bad. The room my fiance and I got wasn't terrible. It was clean, no need for aircon, the fan kept our room cool. It would've been great if our room had internet, be advised, NO INTERNET IN ALL ROOMS. For the price we should at least have wifi, no one wants to sit in a hallway or lobby just to connect to wifi. I will say the place feels ancient. Like the 2nd floor outside area geels ligeless. The hround floor lobby was not too bad but the rest of the building felt like it was stuck in time like it was abandoned. The staff was great, the breakfast is free and not bad either, I personally went for the pancakes <3 Overall 6/10"

"Great staff! The original Victorian ambience I had experienced in the past were not there anymore. Fair rating ! The were changes of art deco and furnishings, ongoing renovations and new management."
