Horrible experience. Rude staff, room smelled, lights didnt work. Wouldn't provide roll out bed even if emailed and confirmed and received a confirmation from them. Horrible experience. Stay somewhere else

The jacuzzi was one of the main reasons I booked the room, but it never had hot water, so I couldn’t properly use it. There was also no hot water in the shower. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I couldn’t call the front desk to report the issue. On top of that, the towels were dirty and the bed sheets were not clean either

Just know that the pictures must have been from when the place was new. Stains on the sheets, curtains had several holes in them, I had a “king studio suite” which is apparently a pet room specific room so idk if they put the worst furniture, linens, curtains, etc in those rooms but I should have known with the price.

This was place was disgusting. We do not require a fancy new hotel, as a matter of fact we usually go middle of the road. This was just gross. We didnt realize until the next morning when there was more light how bad it was. Dirty, dirty walls with blood stains on them. Mold on the bathroom cieling. Rusty door frames and other damage throughout. Dingy old towels. 1 sheet and a slip on the beds, no blanket. But honestly I couldn't believe how dirty the walls were. You could not only see dried blood, but hand prints and smudges, and where liquids had rolled down the walls. The entire hotel smelled like Marijuana and there were a lot of folks just hanging around outside by the different entrance

This place looks NOTHING like the pics online! You have been warned ⚠️ The sofa in my king suite was stained and dirty. There was no way I was using it. The tiny fridge was pulled apart and not cold. Worse even was the window in the bedroom area. Broken. And it faces the parking lot! It had black duct tape on it so someone knew it was broken. It wasn't even on the rail when I checked it. I advised front counter, he said 'okay I'll check it tomorrow '. I have pics for proof. Don't stay here.

The sink leaked, shower water was ice cold all times of the day, the in room, hot tub did not work at all, and we had to pay extra for it, the hotel cleaning people played loud music at 8 o’clock in the morning while cleaning rooms. Will not be staying here again ever

Our room was perfect!! We had a nice big hot tub, hot water never ran out which is always a big plus lol. Room was clean and hotel was quiet. We left before breakfast so I don't know how good or bad it was. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff very friendly

The one king-bed studio room I initially booked was in extremely poor condition — the couch cover was torn, there were dead cockroaches, a strong foul odor, it was just unacceptable. Instead of resolving the issue, the staff downgraded my room to a standard king bed. They were unhelpful throughout and even suggested I cancel my reservation, which I had made a week in advance. Very disappointing experience and poor service.
