This was a two-star hotel that lived up to its billing: a decent room for a fair price. Nothing fancy but that was to be expected. The staff was kind and considerate. I would stay there again

The hotel has recently been remodeled. It was clean and comfortable. The only complaint was there was no chain on the door.

Important to note. There was no elevator. The shampoo provided was a very small combo on conditioner and shampoo. Very small soap. The towels were clean and provided daily and the room appeared ok until we looked more closely and it was just dirty. Upon leaving and checking drawers for our things, we found two empty wine bottles and empty trays of food and garbage! Disgusting!!!

They didnt have my room ready at check-in time, placed truly smelt bad, just all around bad customer service, truly bad experience all around an will definitely tell anyone i know to not stay at this place!!!

Good people but bed bugs

1 of 3 rooms had bedbugs in bed and shower we found after first night. They switched rooms, second room had mold in fridge. TVs kept loosing reception. Asked for refund on bedbug room. Was only given back my deposit. Was there with family for funeral/memorial.

We were in a smokers room and the smell and cleanliness of the place was terrible, it was very hard to sleep...it wasn't very well cleaned up, the blanket was burned through, I guess from a Smoker

The desk person was not very friendly! There was a big shield up and has very hard to hear! And I have to say that a smile and a nice greeting would have went along way! Also the lobby color is kinda weird! Ohhhh and the carpet going up stairs is kind of psychedelic! Watch your step!!!!!

Check in took a long time and nearly got charged again for a room already paid for on expedia. Building smells of smoke. Plugs aren't set up for convenient usage at all.

I have been asked for my credit card, and ID and they took copies of it even though’ I booked online through Expedia. it was very unusual and honestly surprised the way I have been treated 🤔. I am going to be monitoring my account activities through out the next few weeks.

I was expecting a clean and well prepared room, unfortunately DID not happen. The moment I walked in the room, there was broken glass and broken furniture, this was not what my expectations of this place would be. I immediately informed the front office staff, I am disappointed the way they treated me today. Absolutely not appropriate. I asked for different room and finally got one. I have been here before, but this is the first time I’ve bad experience..unpleasant experiences.
