- Since it is an older home, there is some settling near the dining room window causing uneven flooring in a spot. This has been professionally inspected and comes with the age of the home, but is completely safe!
- Large wall mounted A/C unit in the dining room that cools the home. No central AC vents.
- 1 queen sized and 2 twin sized beds (trundle).

Guest access:
As our guests, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire lower-level duplex unit, providing you with ample space and privacy during your stay. Additionally, feel free to utilize the FREE laundry facilities located conveniently in the basement, making your visit even more comfortable and convenient.
Step outside and enjoy the fresh air on either the front or back porch, where you can unwind with a cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a book in the afternoon. Our spacious yard is also at your disposal, perfect for picnics, outdoor games, or simply basking in the sunshine.

Our fully-equipped kitchen is ready to fulfill all your cooking desires. However, there is no dishwasher. After the meal, the party can continue around the sink, creating lasting memories.
Security:
Blink motion detection video cameras are located on the exterior of the property.
