I'm quite sure all the reviews are prior it being individually owned. It's clear they need a lot of work with curtains falling down, patches all over the walls and the pillows were only an inch deep, lumpy too the point they were useless. In all fairness they people seemed nice and perhaps more than they can manage. It was one of the worst places I've ever stayed honestly.

The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and helpful. The room, however, was below standard. In my opinion there was cigarette holes in the duvet. There was a cracked mirror. The fire alarm was held up with duct tape. There was mold in the sheets. There was mold on the lamp shades along with some rust on the bed frames.

We only stayed one night and it got the job done. My biggest complaint was when we checked in and walked down the hall to our room we were immediately hit with a giant wave of marijuana odor. It thankfully was only in the hall but it was very overpowering. We made comments to the front desk staff but they did not seem to care.
