Run down hotel with no insulation in the walls so you heard every sound from the rooms on each side and every conversation from people walking down the hall. No elevator. Close to shopping and a variety of eateries. Plenty of parking available.

This is an old hotel and inn. It needs a huge upgrade. The air conditioner unit was super noisy. It's a cheap place and really needs an upgrade. Staff was untidy. We would not stay there again

Good customer service, comfortable beds, and lots of TV channels. It would have been nice to have some pastries or toast in the morning. Juice and coffee was available.

Quite comfortable room!
The room was well set up and clean. It was also very quiet on the property.
No coffee maker or hair dryer, but that was not super important for this stay.
Breakfast coffee was not good, juice was fine. Nothing else was offered, also fine. I was not expecting much along those lines.
I wanted an inexpensive room to share with my friend for one night and perfectly suited our needs. I will stay here again.

Good service good stay
One night stay all good. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had a problem initially with the TV remote not working but the young man at the front desk worked quickly to resolve it. I appreciated his good customer service.

The Asteria Inn is and unique property, the commercial site is also part Shelter for transitional adults. This adds a very home type of feeling. The residents I meet were polite, engaging and considerate. The staff was on point with additional information on local restaurants and transportation. The price point for this facility in a convenient location to downtown Stillwater,MN and the river walk ways made it reasonable to accommodate 2
adults for half the cost of any commercial competition. I would definitely go back.
