I pulled into town at about midnight and just needed a clean bed to sleep in. I booked online and when I checked in, the night clerk took 10 minutes to get me checked in. The lobby smelled terrible. Once I got to my room, the heat was at 85 degrees but I didn’t have the energy to ask for another room. Then I noticed that the floor was damp and there was a massive stain on the floor between the beds that they had tried to shampoo. The next morning I went to shower only to find hair all over the tub. The sink looked like it had never been deep cleaned. The bathroom was outdated and just gross. To make matters worse, the internet kept going in and out so I couldn’t work consistently. Not a great experience at all.

I was there for 9 days and my room was never cleaned, I had to get my own towels and toilet paper, the batch shower curtain looked like it had mold on it, and the tub had some dirt in it .

The breakfast was great, had juice and coffee, along with scrambled eggs, sausage patty, yogurt, sausage, mini waffle, and oatmeal. Sheets were soft and fresh, although the room felt dusty. Bathtub was slow draining; I did report that. Wish the check in person smoked away from the front door, I have allergies and appreciate some consideration for others. Overall appearance of the place was nice and clean.

From the moment we walked into the hotel the lobby smelt like strong chemicals and right then I knew they were hiding smells. We checked in and went up to our rooms on the 3rd floor … it stunk like marijuana and I had such an ick feeling. We opened the door the our room and their was a red stain in the middle on the carpet between the beds, the tub had water sitting in it still, crumbs all over the coffee maker tray, crumbs on the floor, hair on the bedding…. We immediately went downstairs and requested a refund and left the premises! There was no way I would have felt comfortable to stay there. Avoid at all costs!! Will never return

My room did not appear clean enough, a lot of smoke smell coming in from other rooms. The smell of marijuana and other drugs was so strong from other rooms. The vent picks up the smell. The smoke dectector in my room was missing from the cealing. As many times as I complained it was not resolved. Even though the condition of the property was poor overall, the staff were nice. I think they need to hire more staff to serve the clients more efficiently. It looks like they only have 2 staff for house keeping and there is no way 2 individuals can effectively clean all the rooms.

The room looked like it was barely cleaned. Blankets/pillows were stained, hair in the sink, carpet filthy, half roll of tissue, etc. The hot tub has a brown ring around it, needs to be deep cleaned. There were kids were partying, police were there, ambulance, I got no sleep. Asked for a refund or an extra night with a clean room, they refused & gave me $20. Never again. The cookies at check In were good though. And the lady that works mornings is nice.

The room was the worst it was dirty, the mirror in the restroom had lipstick with a hearts all over the mirror, the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The coffee maker was dirty it had the previous coffee from the night before. The beds didn't seem clean. People tried to break in our room. The breakfast was horrible. I am so disappointed and upset with this hotel.

Don't stay at this place. The staff are ok but the clients.. guest's are absolutely rude...I have stayed at many country inns and never have I had such a bunch of rude people. They let people stay there for mths and they think they own the place...litter every where and have no respect.

The people above us were fighting and screaming all night sounded like a herd of elephants were in their room. Our room smelled like cat pee. We reported the loud and I mean loud fighting and screaming yet it went on all night. Would never stay again the worst stay ever!!!!
