The room was clean, but could use an update. The elevator was out of order. The room above us looked like it had water leaks at one time and the floors above were very squeaky. The breakfast was adequate- waffles, eggs, cereal, fruit, the floor was full of crumbs. The staff was helpful.

The first room we got had dirty bedding. The second was better, but not by much. The second room had were stains on the walls, no soap in the bathroom, and felt overall dirty. The sheets were very thin and the room as a whole felt unkept. Breakfast was very limited. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this was one of the worst 5 in regards to cleanliness.

The hot tub is NOT working. The front desk will tell you it is, it is NOT. It has hot water, no jets and is DISGUSTING. The entire property is dirty and gross- I'm not sure how they still have the name Country Inn and Suites attached to it- it is not the same quality of the brand at all. The towels and sheets are dirty and dingy, the furniture in the room was the same. We stayed here because of the shuttle option to the airport and the return shuttle driver got lost finding us and we felt very unsafe with his driving. Never again.

Staff was very nice. Property is getting run down and repairs needed. Curtains were ripped. Mattress on beds were good but on couch bed was terrible—you could almost see all the springs sticking out. Not enough towels in room—we had 5 people registered and only 2 bath towels so we had to get more from the desk. Overall the room was ok but nothing fabulous.

We arrived at the hotel and were told the elevator broke down the day before and would not be fixed anytime soon. In addition there were no rooms available on the first floor. We were a family of 10 people including grandparents, parents and 6 kids between the ages of 2 and 11. Our 2 year old grandchild has a broken leg and is in a brace so carrying her and her stroller up and down stairs for 4 days would have been a nightmare. They did offer us rooms at their sister hotel for the same price but they didn’t have any bigger rooms available. Luckily we were able to find another hotel and everything worked out ok. I understand things break down and I don’t blame the hotel for that but it would have been nice to get that information the day before or sometime before we arrived and were left to scramble at the last minute.
