The hotel was clean, with recently updated rooms. The breakfast in the morning provided several hot and cold options. All of the staff were great. They have on-site free parking which is a plus in downtown Minneapolis.

Asked to switch cards during check in and was told it was ok and they would oblige. Charged the original card anyways and only the second for parking. Below average breakfast. However the location of the hotel and parking situation was very good for me.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel! Our SUV was packed to the brim with all the things we were moving for our son’s college, including a futon on top! But no worries, everything was just as we left it – totally safe and sound. The staff were super friendly and always went out of their way to help us. Clean and comfortable hotel!

Definitely at a very convenient location. Everything is either walking distance or less than 20mins driving. Staff are very nice and welcoming and rooms are very nice!

When I checked in I asked to change the charge for my stay to a different credit card. The desk clerk said that was no problem. Well it was a problem because it didn’t happen!!!

We chose this property due to its proximity to the Orpheum Theatre. It was easy to walk to restaurants and stores, was well-lit and safe when walking back to the hotel after the show. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and in good condition. On-site parking was convenient.

Staff was welcoming and hotel overall was clean. We did have an issue with our bedding not being clean. Manager issued a credit however there was a billing issue that took four calls to resolve after check out. Breakfast was ok. Parking fee added to bill was steep considering anyone could park in the lot and not pay. Not sure we will stay there again.

The complimentary breakfast was not very good. Needed a clean set of towels and told the front desk early that morning so we would have them at the end of the day. They didn’t bring them to the room. Had to hunt down a maid

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Checkin was easy and the agent was nice. The hotel is located in a convenient area downtown. We were able to walk to Target Field in less than 10 minutes. There were also a lot of dining options. I would definitely stay there again.
