Our family had a wonderful stay at the house. It was spacious and clean. Check-in was easy. We liked the well-supplied kitchen, large pantry to store our food, various game options, quiet backyard and convenience to a playground, stores and area attractions.

Perfect place for a cities weekend

Our son was getting married and we needed a place for family to relax between the various activities. This place had everything we needed and was so convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Thank you!

Great place

This is a great location, close to downtown as well as tubing hills. Quiet neighborhood, with a small park within walking distance. We loved the pool table and video game/ basement setup. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Champlin Lakeside Home

We had a great stay with some of our clients from Costa Rica that were in town. Very clean home in a prime location. The managment was very easy to deal with and were very helpful in every aspect. Will definitely be using this home again for future clients and business.

Nice neighborhood for northern suburbs.

The check-in process was easy. The house was decent. There are not photos of all the bedrooms and bathrooms online, and I now wish I would have asked for that because the basement was less than desirable with bunk beds and a shower designed for a child (small). We had to use a hotel in addition to the home. I wouldn't call it great, but its not bad either.

Family visit

Overall was very good! Hosts very responsive. Really enjoyed the neighborhood and the house was large enough for all of us. We did have a few wasps in the house they we did kill, might be good idea to get traps 😁. Thanks again! We had a great time
