Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
No pet areas. Entry to the building with 7 digit number worked twice. Most of the time we had to wait for a resident to open the door. Room key pad required several tries each time. Parking was terrible and it was unsafe when we had to walk several blocks from street parkingTo the building. Check out requested a keyfob whiche we never got. Host requested check in information and fees outside of the Virbo app.
