"My family and i loved the place and enjoyed the traditional japanese living experience. It was a great experience for my parents that have never seen what japanesw culture was about and i highly recomend this place to others that tp escape osaka by 40 minutes and enjoy a quiet experience. "
"Lots of amazing shopping and food options around the property. Large rooms and balconies, only complaint is the bed sheets and towels had odd burned smell to them."

"positively amazing room..massage chair, karaoke setup, projection TV, super cold a/c, whirlpool tub and the room service breakfast was a nice option for a busy (Osaka Expo) stay. All that and a bargain price! Walking distance from Itami Airport and would stay there again anytime I'm in Osaka "
"Staff were very helpful. Room was clean. They do a thorough cleaning only every 3 days but will drop off clean towels daily. This suited me since I could spread out without having to worry about staff coming in. Location is tremy convenient especially to Itami airport only a 10minut monorail ride away. Not my first time staying there "
"We stayed in Room1153 by elevators with self-serve laundry on the floor 300yen wash, 100yen per 20min to dry. Water filter for drinking water by elevators-great alternative to bottled water. Unfortunately it is down alot so purchased water at supermarket. Room had an air filter. Beautiful hotel behind the train station and above a shopping mall with Hands dept. store, 24hour supermarket, 7eleven, food court in basement, McDonalds, Matsuya fast food 24hrs, Don Quixote and Pachinko, Uniqlo, Daiso ,100 yen drug/discount store for everything you need all close by. Slippers provided. Amenities such as combs, razors, toothbrush/toothpaste, even facial cleanser/toner/moisturizer samples, instant coffee and teabags provided in lobby in self-service area by check-in. Microwave in lobby. Fridge and hot water boiler in room. Don't need anything else. Pack lightly and enjoy the proximity to the the trains. Full room cleaning is done every 3 days unless you specifically want it done that day. In that case you must leave the room by 11am to allow cleaning crew to do a thorough cleaning. Only complaint was that we should have more laundry machines-a change machine would help, water filtration system was down alot and fridge was not cold enough. Other than that we enjoyed our stay with clean modern rooms and being next to the trains were the most important issue for us. Rooms were tiny so opening a large luggage was impossible. Carpets need cleaning."
"This was an extremely peaceful resort that was friendly to a first time Onsen user. The views of Osaka were beautiful, the breakfast was timely and delicious, and there were complimentary drinks including fresh juice and wine. It’s not really a place you will want to walk to, and I do wish the patio was open earlier in the morning and later in the evening as that is where the views are best. Note that I had a “Mountain View” which really was just a view of the woods out back, which was very peaceful and worked with the aesthetic of the room but the city view rooms would definitely be the highlight."
"Everything was great. The Public Bath on the 13th floor was the main reason I booked and it did not disappoint. The only two things (and I’m American so Japanese wouldn’t mind these) was the pillow (Japanese style, so my neck was very stiff the next day) and the fact that the AC is not controlled in the room (I believe it is centrally controlled throughout the hotel). I prefer colder than “normal” temps when I sleep. I would, even with that, stay there again!"
