“We were very impressed with the accommodations. The suite was charming, and the public patio looked inviting. We regretted we weren’t staying longer to really make use of the kitchenette and other amenities. Our only complaints were: 1. a lot of disruptive noise during the night, such as police sirens, and 2. the breakfast spread was impressively varied but disappointing in quality.”

“Jacob and Richard and Ed were the only staff that were friendly and courteous. Our check-in was horrific. Upon checking in we were told that one of our rooms was not available as housekeeping left without cleaning it, it was 3:30pn. We called the day before to inquire about pool and hot tub as there were issues in past. We were assured they were operating. Hot tub was broken entire stay and pool was open for a half day only then closed sign was put up. We were told we would be contacted……

“Very unclean. Jacuzzi doesn't work. Hotel room has a ton of cracks and not maintained. Boogers on wall... Leaky shower head and faucet, doesn't close all the way. Would not recommend it.”
