We always have a good stay here. We appreciate the kitchenette in the rooms. Don't expect more than basic coffee in the breakfast room though. This time the room carpet needed a deep clean or replacement.

The room was clean was about the best of it. Reservation was made knowing that there were 3 people coming and there was no bedding provided for the other bed. When we checked in there was a sign on the front desk saying they were helping another person but after sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes I rang the bell on the desk and the front desk person came out from a door behind the desk that was an office. Every time we needed to get something from the front desk that sign was there and the person always walked out of the back office which always had the door closed. Poor customer service.

The room was not cleaned. The carpet has multiple stains and it was clearly not vacuumed, we saw some trash under the AC unit. The room also has musky smells to it and the lobby smells like smoke.

We came into Minot for a last-minute stay and the hotels I usually book were completely full, so I had to find something else. I found this one online and paid for it through the app. The pricing was good and the reviews seem good. From the outside of the building, it looked nice, but went downhill after that. When we came inside, there was no front desk person to be found. We rang the bell a few times and finally after about five minutes, someone came out when we got up to our room. The floors were absolutely disgusting so my husband and I decided that we just would not take our shoes off at all. I had a couple blankets in our car so we use those to sleep on and decided we didn’t really have a choice and it was a non-cancelable booking online online. We knew we wouldn’t be at the hotel very much during the day so we just had to suck it up. The furniture in the room was so tired and worn out, The blind didn’t go up at all the mechanism to move it up and down was missing. The floors were absolutely awful. The dust on the furniture was so thick, and I found it quite amusing that there was an envelope left on the coffee table for a donations for the housekeeper. The bar that was shown in the picture was obviously just a prop as there was no lights or people working at it the entire time we were there. The breakfast was a complete joke as all there was was crappy muffins, granola bars, and porridge. This hotel is so overdue for a makeover. DO NOT STAY HERE.!!!

I was told that I needed to empty my trash into the dumpster myself. Being GF I found nothing to eat at breakfast that was not gluten. Coffee available but if you wanted juice you had to buy it from the vending machine. No utensils, so I had to use my bottle cap to scoop up the microwave egg breakfast I bought at Walmart.

The hotel was incredibly dirty, staff was unfriendly, hallways were dirty, no pillowcases on pillows, room smelled, marijuana smell throughout the entire 2nd floor. Will not be back. Used to be a very nice hotel, have stayed there several times in the past, but unfortunately will not be back

The rooms are very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave that we used. It also had stove burners, dishwasher and washer/dryer. I was not impressed with the breakfast which was granola bars and packaged muffins. Also, although the room was clean, the carpet was very stained with what appeared to be oil/dirt.

Always a good stay at Extended Stay. Not much of a breakfast, but the room had a nice kitchenette. I took one of the smaller rooms but still expected more space for a couple people to eat. Overall only that minor issue for amenities.

We did not stay after seeing condition of the room, pubic hair left on the toilet seat, floor not clean and mopped , furniture run down and staff not willing to accommodate. In fact she was smoking weed outside in a car and not behind the desk. Very dissatisfied.
