"The hotel was well positioned in a lively area. They kept my bags until check-in time allowing me to explore. Everything worked smoothly with the app they used to identify luggage - they were VERY busy but remained polite and helpful. The room was perfect for the stay and I enjoyed use of the public bath after days walking around Tokyo and to Nagano to see the snow monkeys. I'd recommend this hotel - just make sure you put the right one in the satnav as there are a few with very similar names! "

Otherwise, if you just need a place to sleep, this is the place. It’s central to everything in Shinjuku including the train station. I would stay here again. "
