「My wife and I got a great deal on this listing, and decided to book before someone else did. We stayed in Sandestin last year on Herron Walk drive and thoroughly enjoyed our stay with maybe a few issues. This stay at Sandpiper drive was wonderful. The host was so quick to respond and very friendly. The cleanliness of house was great, and the newer golf cart that we had was awesome. We will definitely stay again, and will recommend this house to anyone who is looking to have a worry free vacation...

「the images shown on the listing have the same layout as the apartment with a few differences. the neighborhood and home were nice, however, it was quite a distance to the beach. it’s about 6 minute walk to the pathway that arrives at the beach. it is however, pool side,though you have to walk around the building to get there. property manager however was very friendly and helpful. would recommend if you don’t mind the walk. overall would stay again」

「The house was very clean when we arrived. It has all the amenities you and your family need. The screened in patio was a great place to hang out on with the weather being as nice as it was. I will be looking to stay at this house again on my next trip.」

「We were told the condo was ready early. We arrived at the condo and weren’t given the right amount of pool bands, property manager fixed it after a call to the office. Overall the condo was good for what we needed, but if you plan to cook a lot or spend much time in the condo I’d skip this one. One of the shower heads is barley hanging on, the bedroom window is cracked, mouse poop in the kitchen cabinet so we didn’t put our food in the cabinets, the right side of the sink is separated from the...

「Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Management company was very responsive with issues. House was old, not remodeled as advertised. Exterior - deck boards sticking up and loose. Fascia boards rotting and falling apart. Interior - cheap flooring not put in correctly, coming apart. Kitchen not up to date. Fresh paint and new furniture nice though.」

「The property is a little outdated & wasn't fully up to my standards as far as cleanliness and comfort would go, but the proximity to the beach (the listing says a block, but realistically it’s like half a block and maybe a 4-minute walk), property management communication & private pool, shared with the neighboring house on the lot if there are tenants there, made up for it. As a group of 5 women traveling for a bachelorette trip, it was important we stayed in a safe neighborhood and felt safe...

「Great location, right on the beach! Property was very clean and well kept. It was especially nice that the owner provides beach towels, chairs, umbrella, etc so if you are flying in, you do not have to worry about any of those things. Plenty of other extras in this condo made our stay so convenient such as trash bags and detergent, we didn't have to go out and buy all of those things. The basket of goodies on the counter was especially nice!! We would definitely return to this condo!! Excellent...
