Great communication

We have stayed in this unit 3 times. The location is great and the golf cart is such an added bonus. I was impressed with the communication from the property manager. I loved that they text and sent links with all the details we needed.

Beachside II

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachside II. My only small suggestion would be consider updating living room furniture and bedroom mattress. Both were quite uncomfortable. However, location and balcony views more than made up for it!

Amazing Views

The location of this property is perfect. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning watching the dolphins out in the water. We could be down to the beach in just a few minutes. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The manager was easily accessible if we had any questions during our stay. Access to the golf cart only improved our stay. The golf cart let us get around the property to access different restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Vacay

We chose this property because of its proximity to the beach and the fact that it had a golf cart for ease of getting around the area. Although the beach is a lot more crowded than expected, it was still easy to get to. The gold cart was great to take over to Baytowne Wharf. The condo was very clean and we had everything needed for the week. We were able to speak with the property manager with ease when we had some questions. I would recommend this condo for future visits!

Golf Cart didn’t work

The unit is smaller than the pictures make it appear. The second bedroom with the bunk beds is like a closet. The golf cart didn’t work while we were there and that was one of the criteria we wanted when we selected property.

Needs some improvements

Room fit our needs but had some issues with cleanliness. The cabinets and bunk beds were sticky, black mold in two corners of bathroom, crumbs in one of the bunk beds, clump of hair in dryer. The bedroom sheets were very cheap and uncomfortable. Very little room in bedrooms and bathroom to put things. Spare room is tiny, no place for clothes.

Okay but needs a deep clean

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is cute. Great location and rental company was professional. It needs a DEEP CLEAN. Mold in the crevices of the shower. The worst water pressure I have ever experienced in a beach condo. Kitchen stocked with the bare minimum. You can tell this is an income only property. We were there for fall break and it was crowded. I can only imagine what summer is like. Golf cart was a nice touch, but there were no instructions for a special tunnel to the Baytown wharf area. It’s not marked - so that would be nice. Just lacking.

Out of date/dishes not clean/mold in shower

Location of this condo is awesome and it's right on the beach, BUT this particular condo had a few issues when we arrived. Immediately noticed that alot of the dishes in the condo were NOT clean. Found dried food in the bowls and lipstick and old coffee in the coffee mugs. The television in the bunk bed room is broken and only half the screen works. Alot of updates need to be done within the condo. The pictures make it look alot different. There was mold on the ceiling and the shower curtain in the bathroom. The shower rod and curtain hooks were VERY rusted. I did address all of this with the property manager and she told me to contact cleaning and maintenance but who wants to deal with this on their vacation? I didn't come to have to call people to come clean dishes and replace things that are obvious issues to begin with. Definitely not worth the money we paid but we were able to enjoy the beach.

Great Location w/ Amazing View

The building felt very safe with easy parking and elevator access. The pool being closed was no problem this time of year with access to the beach right out the door and down the walkway.The views are AMAZING but the condo itself is a little older and dated, it was perfect enough for our small group of 3 girls but I would say a bit tight for anything larger than a couple and 2 small children. The couch and bedroom furniture (squeaky bed) could use some updating and kitchen utensils were lacking or rather felt like a hodge podge of leftover pieces.There is a small closet with some beach supplies inside which would be good if you have small kids.An update to this condo to a little bit more modern would take this rental to the next level.Response from owners was excellent and felt it met our expectations.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is how packed the beach area was. We were required to wear bracelets while on the property but I very rarely saw bracelets that we had. It appears lots of people come to this location from other condos in the area causing the beach to be very tightly packed.
