Awesome Place To Stay!!

Everything from the reserving process to the check out process was awesome. The place was incredible and located in a wonderful community. The only downfall was there is no place to sit outside to enjoy the outdoors.

Perfect Getaway

We came back to the same street, different condo, from a year ago because we had such an amazing time. This year was even better. No complaints at all from the condo - clean, quiet, comfortable. I also believe this unit had the best golf cart accommodation. We plan to return year after year, and would be very excited to stay in this same unit again.

Just Perfect.

Beautiful older condo in great condition and perfect location to all the amenities the Baytown Wharf area has to offer. Everything was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and it was easy to find/access. Golf cart is a huge asset...once you park your vehicle there is no need to start it back up...you can get everywhere you need to go in the cart. Definitely will be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. The stairs were the problem at 80 with a new knee it was a challenge. I asked when I rented it if it had steps,and was told just a few! But overall the crew was very good and meeting our needs. Brittany was the greatest we have a place booked for next year and gave our friends her name and they also have booked for next year. She go's the extra mile for the customer's.

We had a great stay! Everything was great. Very clean, easy to access and the golf cart was a major plus! The beach was a bit crowded, but Baytowne Wharf was a hit!

The property was great!! We would definitely stay there again, we had a little issue but it was resolved quickly! The host never once communicated with me about any questions or concerns I had! That’s the only issue we had!

The pictures of the entrance were deceiving. When you walk in there was a whole flight of stairs. I called before we came to see how many steps there were and someone told me like 4 or five. Overall it’s a nice place, but it’s too far from the beach.

This was our second time staying in this unit. Everything was great. There is plenty of everything you need. I appreciate the book selection as well! The outside light by the door needs replaced. Not a huge deal as I used the light on my phone. The golf cart is an added bonus. We will rent this unit again!

Do NOT stay here!! My family and I travel very frequently. This was by far the absolute WORST trip we have ever had. The house did not have Wi-Fi for two days so that left us without T.V. as well as Internet with 3 small children. Also our air went out leaving the room temperature at 84 degrees. Heather who works at the resort called to let me know it would be fixed by that afternoon. My family went out to dinner thinking it would be fixed. We did not receive a phone call, message, NOTHING. We went back to the room to find out that it was still 84 degrees. They did offer to be moved rooms at 8:30 at night. This is not easy to do with small children, clothes in the washer, etc. They pillow in the bedroom was dirty as well as stains on the couches and other furniture. I could go on and on about the workers who we have been in contact....Do yourself a favor and skip this one !!! I will never be back to this place or resort.

They made no effort to inform us that the previous guest left with the golf cart key. We had to go out of our way to get help and drive to the office to pick up a key that did not work. We were told that we would receive a call for compensation which was a lie. The manager was very unprofessional with promising me she would return my phone call but never did. I can’t recommend this condo.

We had a small issue with the golf cart not starting, but mgmt./maintenance responded quickly and had the issue fixed. The unit was clean for the most part. It could benefit from some touch up painting. The bathrooms were dated and could be updated. The shower curtain liner was disgusting in the master masterbdrm bath and need to be changed. The sunroom was nice and relaxing. The kitchen is nice and fully stocked. I would rate our overall stay a 9 out of 10.

We had a great experience- perfect place away from the noise and crowd of the wharf with the convenience of a golf cart to go back and forth to the beach and wharf! Perfect! Loved the porches…everything was spacious and great! So clean and decorated nicely! It was truly relaxing!

Good stay

I would just like to say this townhome was clean and very well decorated. One thing I would like to note is I did not appreciate the property manager barging into our place while we were sleeping and she had my email and could have just emailed me and asked if it was ok with me. I also would like to note that the owners were not very responsive when I would ask them questions and I would suggest they should be more responsive with other guests in the future. I also think what would help their place is if they stocked more towels in the bathrooms.
