Excellent Condo

The condo was nice, clean and beautifully furnished. The only issue was there was an elevator out of order so be prepared to wait awhile.

Elevator Kept us down

Overall a great stay. Location, view, beach and accommodations were above par. However, our room was on the 10th floor, and while there were 4 elevators in pairs at opposite ends of the building, only 1 elevator worked on each end. And one set only went to the 9th floor. This quite literally had us either waiting 10 minutes or longer for elevator service, or attempting to walk up or down 10-11 flights of stairs (pending where you parked). We would consider staying here again, but only if all elevators were working. And strongly caution those that cannot easily use stairs booking without the same confirmation. Otherwise we loved the stay.

beautiful location

The location and amenities are overall nice. We enjoyed the beach and pool but there were a few things I would have liked to be different. First, the listing does not say that no one under 14 is allowed in the hot tub and no one under 18 is allowed to use the exercise facilities. Its a family friendly location but evenings and some days are chilly and my kids wanted to use the hot tub to warm up. Part of why I selected this over another rental was the hot tub. Also the kitchen/cabinets are just worn. Drawers didn't shut well and the cabinets are dated and lower quality. Beds were nice. Towels were very small for bathing and only 1 kitchen towel was provided. Also, even if were were first to the beach, I could not get a front row beach chair to supervise my children because they were "saved for the owners". I could easily get a chair an umbrella at the pool and the snack bar open 11am-1pm is very nice to have. There is only 1 operation elevator so wait time could be long. Overall a good but not great stay.
