Great Trip!

I took my daughter and some friends for a much needed girls trip. The rooms were just as pictured on the listing. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing we disliked was the ice-maker took forever to make ice. Minor issue. The rest of the stay was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location on the beach.

We stayed on the 12th floor and our condo was wonderful. It was clean and updated. It has everything we needed in the kitchen and a washer and dryer to make things easier on everyone. They are in the process of updating the entire property, one elevator is being rebuilt and the will rebuild the other one when that one is done. Even being down an elevator, we seldom had a long wait. The pool area is wonderful, but it could use some more chairs around the pool. The beach is so close. We have a large vehicle so we needed to park outside the garage. There are a lot of spaces, but it gets full fast because some cars and smaller vehicles that could park in the garage park in these spots. There is a large grocery store and many shops and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The location of the condo and the condo itself are amazing.

We absolutely love Edgewater, I’ve stayed in various units since 2008. We loved the location, right next to the elevators which was really nice with our little one. You couldn’t hear anything from inside the unit at all! They provided everything we needed for our short trip, I knew to bring our own spices for when we cooked. The only complaint I have is that the ice maker inside the freezer does not work, it appears they’re switching it out maybe because there was 2 full size fridges in our unit so we used the one that was more so in the living room than in the kitchen. But with me breastfeeding we had to have ice for the bottles we needed to take to the beach so we just went and bought a bag of ice. Hindsight, no big deal but it was an inconvenience. Overall we would stay again, great condo!

Fantastic Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing that did live up to expectations was the room. (Flight cancelled and lost a day and then no luggage for 4.5 days) But the room was nice. Great location! Really came into play with the outstanding outlet shops right across the street! Onsite management team was quite helpful. Loved the 2 pools and gated grounds. Always a parking spot underground and carts available on every floor. Grocery store and chick-fil-a was also right across the street. The published photos with ocean views are legit. I did do some handyman things during a rain storm but that's what guys do. (trimmed and cleaned the plants containers on the balcony, wd-40 all doors and fixed the freezer magnetic trim). We would stay here again in a heart beat. Book it now and enjoy!

Pleasant Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is very nice although a little outdated. The kitchen doesn’t have much for cooking. The ice maker doesn’t make enough ice for one glass a day so we had to buy bags of ice. There were zero hangers in any of the rooms. I bought some at Dollar General so hopefully they are still there for other guests. Beautiful view from the balcony. Rental company was very easy to deal with, would rent through them again. Overall, pretty good experience.

The property was located on a private beach, so we did not have tents and loud music to obstruct the view of the sound of the waves. It was so relaxing. Great location to shopping and we could walk down the beach to the Surf Hut for a seafood dinner.

Bennett Twins Graduation Gift Trip

Everything was as described! Love this resort. It’s our 2nd time staying here. The condo was great and accommodated everything our family needed. Super clean, nice ocean views and close to restaurants and shopping!

The guest room closest to the hall way is a double room which is great for kids but you can hear the people passing by at all hours. Everything else was perfect as far as amenities. Beach hut was open maybe 50% of the time. Staff was very helpful. Location was perfect. Unit does need some cosmetic updates but all in all 8/10

Loved staying at Edgewater

Condo was a perfect size for a family of 4. Entire property is very clean with easy access to the beach. We will definitely be staying at Edgewater when we visit Destin again.

Great family vacation

Loved the location! So close to the beach that if you leave the door open sand will blow in the condo. Great place to take your family. Very comfortable beds. Loved the pool side snack shop and grill. Would highly recommend for any who loves to relax at the beach.

Nice condo and location

Overall I would recommended this property. Good location with grocery stores, restaurants and shopping nearby. Friendly, helpful staff. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a nice perk. The cable and internet service are the only things needing improvement.

Excellent!

We so enjoyed our first trip to Florida and staying at the Majestic sun! The unit was clean and we had a most everything we needed. Whatever we didn’t have, we could just take a quick drive to the market. It was close to everything including the gorgeous beach it was on. I would recommend staying here.
