Family vacation

Everything was just as the description stated. This is our 3rd year at Mainsail we love the property, it’s quiet and relaxing. Each year we are amazed at how quickly our week is. Hidden gem!

Everything about the property was great! We stopped for a couple of days on the beautiful Myramar Beach before heading to Disney! Will definitely stay here again when in the area

Our stay was amazing!

The location of this condo was perfect for us! Everyone who worked there was kind! Mary was amazing to work with and always available if any questions! Beautiful condo, felt like home! Will for sure be returning in the future!

Great Property

A wonderful condo to stay in! Well equipped for a family of five and located right on the beach. Couldn’t had asked for anything better. Also to note, we have stayed in many condos to where the mattress simply lacked any comfort (after all this is vacation so sleeping is important!). This is not the case with this property. This is by far one of the better mattresses we have slept on in a rental property. Finally, Mary was very effective at staying in contact with us before, during, and after our stay. Wonderful property and property owner!!

Amazing stay!!

Our family had a great time and felt at home! The property was clean and had everything we needed including beach toys for the kids! Beach access was located on site and super convenient . The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Thanks for a great place to make memories. We look forward to visiting again!

Property was perfect for our family to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday! Condo is very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Perfect location. Owner was wonderful and communication was excellent! Answered all of my questions. Will definitely stay at this property again!

Beautiful Condo easy elevator access

The condo was lovely and had all the amenities we needed. The master bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and so were the pillows. I wish I would have looked at the type/brand before I left. There were plenty of beach toys for the kids in the closet. Washer/Dryer worked great - we brought our own detergent. Views: there are two sliding glass doors in the living room the north view is the tennis courts, the south view is rooftops and the ocean. Mary was super great at communicating with me and the checkin/checkout instructions were very thorough. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

This was our second year to stay at this condo. We loved it so much last year, we booked it again for this year. It is homey and very comfy. There are plenty of pots, pans, silverware, plates/bowls, and even a crockpot. It is well stocked with towels, blankets & the beds are all comfy. The “beach closet” is well stocked with sand toys, buckets, goggles, & nets. The owner is very responsive & quickly replies to any questions or concerns. This is definitely a five star place to stay!

Family vacation

The chois' condo was perfect for my family vacation. Very clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Location right off the beach was wonderful with pool and hottub easy access. TV/ cable was on the fritz but I think was out of their control. Will most definitely be back.

Beautiful location!

Nice property for family with 2-3 kids! Perfect location! Beautiful beach! By the way, the apartment is bigger then you can imagine looking on the pictures with excellent balconies. Thanks to owner for our amazing vacation! We’ll definitely come back to Destin again!

Mainsail is awesome

We absolutely loved this condo. The location was great, right on the beach. The unit is on the end with a great view of the beach. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The owners were very friendly. We enjoyed it and hope to stay here again soon.

Great experience

Convenient location with easy walk to parking lot, elevator, pool, beach, and Alvin’s Island store. Rooms were great. Everything in great condition. Property owners were quick to respond to questions and very helpful.
