Nikkini Beach Retreat offers unbeatable views from your own private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktail. Master Bedroom – The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, en-suite bath, and. access to the balcony and a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The Master bedroom also offers a large flat screen television and breathtaking gulf views. Second Bedroom – The guest bedroom sleeps additional 3 guests, as it includes a queen-size bed, 1 twin bed, and access to a full hall bath.

This gulf-front condo offers a unique and breathtaking view of the beautifully landscaped grounds and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Once you arrive inside the gated property you are surrounded by lush gardens, tropical pools, and white sand beaches that stretch for miles. Guests at Edgewater enjoy two huge swimming pools (one heated and the other with a waterfall!), toddler wading pool, adult hot tub, tiki bar (where you can have lunch poolside), professional putting green, shuffleboard, playground for children, basketball court, lots of open space to play soccer or football, fitness center, and underground parking.

Beach access: As a guest, you will have access to 420-linear feet of private beach. You can rent chairs and umbrellas from the onsite beach service company.
