This 3rd floor condo is in a good location directly across the street to beach access. A pretty view of the beach from the balcony. It is clean, has everything you need in the kitchen and king sized bed was comfy. Was perfect for my adult daughter and I for a fun mom and daughter vacation!

Accidentally got this for our family of 5, so probably won't rent again. That being said, perfect for a small family. Awesome location across the street from public beach access (other places you'll have to rent umbrellas and chairs unless you walk down here where parking fills up quickly), and clean with a great view! The only negatives are:1. The guardrails on the bunk bed have hairline cracks almost through their entire vertical length (moreso information for the owner, as it's a potential liability risk).2. The master bedroom TV didn't work, and we checked in after hours on Friday, so this was never addressed. Kind of a bummer after putting the kids to bed. I attempted to connect everything up (all was unplugged upon check in), but it never worked, and I never got a call back after leaving a message to the property management company Friday evening. Not the focus on vacation, but would have been nice to watch 30 minutes of TV to unwind after getting the kids to bed.

It is directly across from the public beach access and within walking distance of Pompano Joe's which is fantastic! Excellent small condo

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is small, but clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy, too. The kitchen has enough items for cooking your meals at the condo, but you will need to bring your own salt/pepper, olive oil, coffee filters, etc. There were only two dishwasher detergent pods provided for a week long stay - so you may want to bring more of those as well. The location is perfect, right across from the Pompano Joes beach access, so you donโ€™t have to battle for beach parking. Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was fine but much smaller than expected.

The king bed is terrible, not sure itโ€™s even a mattress. Seems to be some kind of make shift bed, big lump in the middle, uncomfortable. The neighbor downstairs seemed to be an โ€œownerโ€ and complained repeatedly that we were too loud, once when we were sitting in the sofa and the other when my 14 year old was in the shower?!?!?! Beautiful location, would not rent this condo again, but will def be back to Miramar!!

Close to the beach!

This property was very convenient if you want to spend time at the beach or on the patio looking at the beach. It could have been cleaner and the listing was deceiving. I booked through VRBO and was charged a booking fee, then I was forwarded to a rental company. They proceeded to charge me a booking fee too. Overall the stay was very pricey so we stayed on the beach to get our money's worth. But it was a very spacey condo and perfect for a family. I did not like that we had to take out our own trash at the end of our stay as well.

Decent trip, no major complaints

Property was decent and in decent condition. Check in was easy and location was nice being across from the beach access. Beach access is one of the major ones in Miramar so it does get crowded fast. Only negative about the unit was that there was quite a bit of mold on the vents throughout the property (I noticed my allergies and sinuses were a bit worse throughout the stay) and the washer and dryer is not in the unit like it appears on the pictures (they are on the first floor and are pay to use). Overall it was a nice stay.

The property was directly across the scenic highway so we could see everything from the balcony. It was between the Wharf and the Harbor and we went to both. There was plenty of parking and everything was in good shape. And a block away from Pompeno Joe's..

We so enjoyed 309! Great location! It felt like home and had a wonderful balcony view! The bed slept great! Wonderful condiments! We had a great time in this condo! lt was awesome! Was hard to leave! Will book again! Hats off to the owner!
