Lovely condo and perfect for our family. The well appointed 3 bedroom 3 bath worked well for all of us - the kitchen was well stocked with what you would need typically on a vacation. The walkway out from that goes down the beach was perfect for early morning and evening strolls. And the sunsets did not disappoint ! Hope to be back soon !

Vacationing with gtiends

We really enjoyed the property. We liked the private beach and close proximity to restaurants. The property was clean and comfortable. We were a group of three couples and the 3 bedrooms all with king sized beds suited us well. We definitely would book here again.

Making memories

It’s our family first vacation together since both our children found their love life partners. It’s worth every moment to shared this with our kids. Perfect place to relax after our retirement, the condo is beautiful and we loved to sit on the balcony watching people and the wave. Many time seen group of dolphins swim by. We will be back again, hopefully next time with the grandkids 😀

Beach Condos in Destin

Beautiful condo, just how it looked in promotional pictures and a superior location. Private-ish beach was very nice with the provided chairs and umbrella. Walking distance to several restrants/ beach bars. It was like being in movie in paradise.

The oven drawer had food all over the cookie sheets, pan lids and broiler pan Coffee was spilled on guest balcony door and sliding track Bugs on mattress in guest room, we stripped the bed to wash and found the mattress to be badly stained Both guest tubs did not drain and I pulled out a fistful of hair Kitchen was lacking, no measuring cups no tablespoon measure French fry in one bed Dust on light fixtures Creamer had butter residue Remotes were not programmed properly GFI outlet on balcony was not operable and had to be replaced To top all of this off the owner stayed in the unit prior to our arrival Will never book this unit again

Great condo in the perfect location for a beach vacation

We absolutely loved this condo. The location is great, literally right across the street from the beach and an east walk to Pompano Joe’s, coffee and stores. The condo is also really well set up with a lot of space to hang out and good size bedrooms. We had the added plus of being here over July 4th and had a perfect view of fireworks from the balcony. Fantastic trip!

Awesome view

We enjoyed our week at this property. The views were awesome and the condo was what we expected. The only negative side is that the condo needs a good deep clean. It was clean, but we noticed that it needed attention in places like under the bed or furniture. Thank you, we have a great time!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo, was very comfortable and clean. Did have a problem with sliding glass door but maintenance came and fixed fast. Enjoyed the view and location. The beach was perfect and had wonderful weather.

Beach vacation

We were very happy with this property. It had a nice view of the ocean. There were 3 bedrooms and 3 baths so there was plenty of space to get ready each morning.

Great Location

Great location with private beach access. King beds in all 3 rooms. Mirrored wall makes the condo feel much more spacious. Well decorated. Lighting in bedrooms VERY dim, some daylight bulbs would make a huge difference. It was clean overall but could use a true deep cleaning (floors, couch covers, shower faucets, small kitchen appliances). Enjoyed our stay with minor issues/suggestions.

Excellent hostess!!!!

The owners of this property were amazing and very prompt with service! The AC went out on day 2 and they quickly moved us to the room next door (which was even nicer) while they fixed ours! The condos they own are comfortable, clean, and in a great location!

Beautiful!

Had a great time with family. Small hiccup with some building construction during our stay. Would have been nice if we were advised of this ahead of time so we could have moved our new car out of the Contractors way. Maybe in the future the HOA will keep that in mind. All in all a beautiful unit! And one awesome beach view!

Great location

Great location, would stay there again, only thing we had a problem with was elevator. Didn’t work all the time. When we got there we had to carry everything up 2 flights of steps.

Spacious with great patio

The balcony is definitely the selling point on this unit. It is huge with great views of the water. The property itself could use some updating. The exterior and balcony railings are in desperate need of painting. The interior is also a bit outdated but spacious and clean. The master bed was seriously the most comfortable mattress and sheets I’ve experienced in a rental, including 5 star hotels and properties. I found the unit to be a bit over-priced for what is is, but given the times, it was worth every penny to have my dog Rufus with me. The elevator was an issue. It made scary noises the entirety of our stay and was broken down when we left, meaning we had to lug all our stuff down 3 flights of stairs. The owner was not in the least apologetic about this, but did respond promptly that she reported it. Some maintenance workers on the property said it had broken down before. In the end, we were just glad we weren’t on it when it broke down. The owner did provide a list of attractions and restaurants to consider, which was nice. However, it needs updating as several locations have closed, likely more recently due to Covid. Beach service was nice to have, but if they complain about not getting tips it’s because they are NEVER around. I only managed to catch one of them long enough to tip him. Another was downright rude to us, likely because we didn’t tip him on the first day when we had no cash on us. We had every intent to tip him, but alas only saw him one other time and he chose to be very rude and walk away as we were talking to him. I’ve always had great experiences with the beach service on this beach in the past, so I found this particular group to be an anomaly. Overall, would recommend the property. Cleanliness is difficult in units allowing pets, and the unit was clean. Never saw an insect inside either. Bring your own hair dryer… the owner mentions this is not provided, but as most places provide those, it’s worth reminding folks. Take your pet and enjoy!

The property was accurately described and the pictures were accurate as well. Owner was easy to communicate with which is a plus! There was plenty of space for everyone which was nice after a 9+ hour drive :)

Good location and view from deck. Nice to have beach chairs and umbrella, but option for an extra set up would be good as option when booking unit.
